【摘要】：伴隨著德國“工業(yè)4.0”的提出,全球開始進入到第四代工業(yè)革命進程中,大力發(fā)展高端裝備制造業(yè)成為我國增強綜合國力以及提升國際競爭力的必然選擇。高端裝備制造業(yè)是以高新技術(shù)為引領(lǐng),處于產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的核心環(huán)節(jié),是決定著整條產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的綜合競爭力的關(guān)鍵戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè),主要包括航空裝備、衛(wèi)星及應用、軌道交通裝備、海洋工程裝備、智能制造裝備等。與此同時,《國民經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展第十三個五年規(guī)劃綱要》及《中國制造2025》戰(zhàn)略的制定,有效推動了高端裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展和壯大。為貫徹落實上述戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,工業(yè)和信息化部、財政部聯(lián)合制定了《智能制造發(fā)展規(guī)劃(2016-2020年)》,強調(diào)了“十三五”期間我國智能制造發(fā)展的總體指導思想、目標和重點任務,進一步明確了工業(yè)自動化,尤其是機器人產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要戰(zhàn)略地位。在對國內(nèi)外有關(guān)高端裝備制造業(yè)、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力以及知識整合相關(guān)文獻進行梳理的基礎(chǔ)上本文選取智能裝備制造行業(yè)的領(lǐng)先企業(yè)新松公司作為研究對象,從知識整合視角進行企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力培育路徑研究。首先,對新松公司的基本情況及技術(shù)創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)狀進行分析,并研究新松公司的競爭環(huán)境;其次,系統(tǒng)分析知識整合的內(nèi)涵與過程以及技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力構(gòu)成,揭示知識整合與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的耦合關(guān)系,并構(gòu)建基于知識整合的新松公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力評價指標體系,運用熵值法與TOPSIS法對新松公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力進行評價;再次,從知識整合視角設(shè)計新松公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力培育的三條路徑,即基于供應鏈的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力培育路徑、基于戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力培育路徑、基于創(chuàng)新平臺的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力培育路徑;最后,從知識整合視角,給出新松公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力培育路徑實施的策略與其保障措施。本文研究對新松公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力及國際競爭力的提升具有重要的實踐意義,同時為從知識整合視角培育和提升企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力提供了方法指導,對推動我國創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動戰(zhàn)略實施和高端裝備制造業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要的理論意義。
[Abstract]:With the proposal of "industry 4.0" in Germany, the world began to enter into the fourth generation industrial revolution process, and vigorously developing high-end equipment manufacturing industry has become the inevitable choice for China to enhance its comprehensive national strength and enhance its international competitiveness. High-end equipment manufacturing industry is a key strategic emerging industry which is guided by high and new technology and is in the core of the industrial chain. It is a key strategic emerging industry that determines the overall competitiveness of the entire industrial chain. It mainly includes aviation equipment, satellites and applications, rail transit equipment, etc. Marine engineering equipment, intelligent manufacturing equipment, etc. At the same time, the formulation of the 13th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Strategy of "made in China 2025" has effectively promoted the development and expansion of high-end equipment manufacturing industry. In order to implement the above strategic plan, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Finance jointly formulated the Intelligent Manufacturing Development Plan 2016-2020, emphasizing the overall guiding ideology, objectives and key tasks for the development of intelligent manufacturing in China during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. The important strategic position of industrial automation, especially the robot industry, is further clarified. On the basis of combing the literature about high-end equipment manufacturing industry, technological innovation ability and knowledge integration at home and abroad, this paper selects Xinsong Company, a leading enterprise in intelligent equipment manufacturing industry, as the research object. From the perspective of knowledge integration, the research on the cultivation path of technological innovation ability of enterprises is carried out. First of all, the basic situation of Xinsong Company and the status quo of technological innovation are analyzed, and the competitive environment of Xinsong Company is studied. Secondly, the connotation and process of knowledge integration and the composition of technological innovation ability are systematically analyzed. It reveals the coupling relationship between knowledge integration and technological innovation ability, and constructs the evaluation index system of technological innovation ability of Xinsong Company based on knowledge integration, and evaluates the technological innovation ability of Xinsong Company by using entropy method and TOPSIS method. From the perspective of knowledge integration, this paper designs three ways to cultivate the technological innovation ability of Xinsong Company, that is, the cultivation path of technological innovation ability based on supply chain and the cultivation path of technological innovation ability based on strategic alliance. Finally, from the perspective of knowledge integration, this paper gives the implementation strategy and safeguard measures of technological innovation ability cultivation path in Xinsong Company. The research in this paper has important practical significance for the technological innovation ability and international competitiveness of Xinsong Company, and provides the method guidance for cultivating and improving the technological innovation ability of enterprises from the perspective of knowledge integration. It is of great theoretical significance to promote the implementation of innovation-driven strategy and the sustainable development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry.
