【摘要】:人類生活的四大基本要素是衣、食、住、行,人們對(duì)穿“衣”的需求經(jīng)常放在首位。這也充分說明了服裝業(yè)對(duì)于人類發(fā)展的重要地位。近年來隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的不斷深化,企業(yè)升級(jí)改造也進(jìn)行的如火如荼,新興業(yè)態(tài)、新技術(shù)、新設(shè)備、新工藝層出不窮,極大地提升了社會(huì)生產(chǎn)力水平。服裝企業(yè)也是如此,企業(yè)引入新的服裝實(shí)用型、新的服裝生產(chǎn)線、新的工藝等等,也對(duì)人力資源素質(zhì)提出了更高的要求,需要的人才大多為技能型人才,因而順應(yīng)服裝行業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢,研究服務(wù)技能型人才培訓(xùn),創(chuàng)造企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢顯得尤為重要。員工技能素質(zhì)培訓(xùn)對(duì)于服裝企業(yè)面對(duì)激烈的國內(nèi)和國際的競爭壓力、保持服裝企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展地位十分重要。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,九江市服裝行業(yè)也在不斷的向前,但是在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的背景下,九江市服裝行業(yè)與國外競爭對(duì)手相比存在著較大的差距,甚至和我國較為發(fā)達(dá)的東南沿海地區(qū)的服裝行業(yè)相比也存在著一定的距離。之所以現(xiàn)階段九江市服裝行業(yè)整體營業(yè)情況上不去,很大一部分原因在于其勞動(dòng)力的專業(yè)素質(zhì)較差。所以進(jìn)行員工專業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)就顯得格外重要。盡管目前九江共青園區(qū)服裝行業(yè)已經(jīng)開展了員工培訓(xùn),但是效果并不理想,亟需理論上支撐和實(shí)踐上的優(yōu)化。本文也正是本著這樣一個(gè)切入點(diǎn),主要通過文獻(xiàn)研究法和案例分析法展開研究,旨在通過對(duì)九江市共青工業(yè)園區(qū)服裝行業(yè)的員工技能培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查和了解。本文選取了九江共青園區(qū)工業(yè)園中三家具有代表性的服裝企業(yè)為例進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,調(diào)查了解現(xiàn)階段這三家服裝行業(yè)在員工培訓(xùn)方面實(shí)踐的效果,重點(diǎn)在于找出其中存在的具體、突出的問題,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出解決對(duì)策。希望通過對(duì)九江市共青工業(yè)園區(qū)部分服裝企業(yè)的員工技能培訓(xùn)進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),以點(diǎn)帶面,總結(jié)現(xiàn)階段九江市服裝行業(yè)在員工技能培訓(xùn)發(fā)展過程中所存在的問題。針對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,結(jié)合當(dāng)前九江市服裝行業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,有針對(duì)性的提出有關(guān)九江市服裝行業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)策,并對(duì)九江市服裝行業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)的未來做出展望。
[Abstract]:The four basic elements of human life are clothing, food, shelter and transportation. This also fully explained the clothing industry to the important position of human development. In recent years, with the deepening of China's economic and industrial structure adjustment, the upgrading and transformation of enterprises is in full swing. New industries, new technologies, new equipment and new technologies are emerging in endlessly, which has greatly improved the level of social productivity. The same is true of garment enterprises. The introduction of new practical clothing, new garment production lines, new techniques, etc., also puts forward higher requirements for the quality of human resources, and most of the talents needed are skilled talents. Therefore, in line with the trend of clothing industry, it is very important to study the training of service skilled personnel and to create competitive advantage of enterprises. Staff skill quality training is very important for garment enterprises to maintain their strategic development status in the face of fierce domestic and international competition pressure. With the continuous development of economy, the clothing industry of Jiujiang City is moving forward, but in the context of economic globalization, there is a big gap between the clothing industry of Jiujiang City and its foreign competitors. Even compared with the more developed southeast coastal areas of China, there is a certain distance between the clothing industry. The reason why Jiujiang clothing industry as a whole does not go, a large part of the reason lies in the poor professional quality of its labor force. So it is very important to train the professional skills of employees. Although the clothing industry of Jiujiang Yongqing Park has already carried out employee training, the effect is not ideal and needs theoretical support and practical optimization. This paper is based on such a breakthrough point, mainly through literature research and case analysis to carry out research, aimed at Jiujiang City Yongqing Industrial Park clothing industry through the investigation and understanding of the status quo of staff skills training. This paper selects three representative garment enterprises in Jiujiang Yongqing Industrial Park as an example to investigate the effect of the three garment industries in staff training at the present stage. The emphasis is to find out the concrete existing in them. The outstanding problem, and on this basis proposes the solution countermeasure. It is hoped that through the comprehensive evaluation of the staff skills training of some garment enterprises in Jiujiang Yongqing Industrial Park, the problems existing in the development of staff skills training in the clothing industry of Jiujiang City at the present stage can be summarized. According to the evaluation results, combined with the current situation of the development of the clothing industry skills training in Jiujiang City, this paper puts forward the development countermeasures of the clothing industry in Jiujiang City, and makes a prospect for the future of the skills training in the clothing industry in Jiujiang City.
