【摘要】：重慶市汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)在重慶經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中占有重要的地位,是重慶市五大支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,帶動了重慶市經(jīng)濟(jì)全面、快速地發(fā)展,也能帶動相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。但是,燃油汽車的不斷增加不僅帶來了嚴(yán)重的環(huán)境污染,也威脅著國家的能源安全,使我國的石油對外依存度越來越高。與此同時,重慶汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)面臨著產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、技術(shù)水平低、自主研發(fā)能力弱等問題,新能源汽車也面臨著基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不完善、續(xù)航能力差、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)沒有突破、市場認(rèn)可度低等問題,進(jìn)一步制約了經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。在此背景下,本文在分析重慶汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)理論,構(gòu)建了重慶汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)模型,深入分析了汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的動力機(jī)制,將汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)劃分為環(huán)境與能源動力子系統(tǒng)、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新動力子系統(tǒng)、政府支持動力子系統(tǒng)和市場需求動力子系統(tǒng),對各個子系統(tǒng)之間的內(nèi)在動力機(jī)理進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,并運(yùn)用重慶汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行仿真分析,尋找影響重慶汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的主要問題和關(guān)鍵因素。研究表明,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、政府、環(huán)境與市場是重慶市汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的三大驅(qū)動力,而隨著產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作力度的不斷增大,對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的促進(jìn)作用越來越小,且提高汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的市場集中度不能有效提高企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力。最后,結(jié)合重慶汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的實(shí)際情況,為有效促進(jìn)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,根據(jù)仿真結(jié)果分析提出了相關(guān)對策建議。
[Abstract]:The automobile industry of Chongqing occupies an important position in the economic development of Chongqing. It is one of the five pillar industries in Chongqing city. It has led the economy of Chongqing to develop rapidly and rapidly, and it can also promote the development of related industries. However, the continuous increase of fuel vehicles not only brings serious environmental pollution, but also threatens the energy security of the country, and makes China the country's energy security. At the same time, the automobile industry in Chongqing is facing problems such as irrational industrial structure, low technical level and weak research and development ability. New energy vehicles are also faced with imperfect infrastructure, poor endurance, no breakthrough in key technologies and low market recognition, which further restrict the availability of the economy. In this context, on the basis of the analysis of the current situation of the automobile industry in Chongqing, the system dynamics model of the sustainable development of the automobile industry in Chongqing is built on the basis of the system dynamics theory, and the dynamic mechanism of the sustainable development of the automobile industry is deeply analyzed, and the sustainable development system of the automobile industry is divided into the environment and energy power. Subsystem, technology innovation power subsystem, government support power subsystem and market demand power subsystem, analyze the internal dynamic mechanism of each subsystem in detail, and use the related data of Chongqing automobile industry to carry out simulation analysis to find the main problems and key factors that affect the sustainable development of Chongqing car industry. The research shows that the technological innovation, the government, the environment and the market are the three driving forces for the sustainable development of the automobile industry in Chongqing, and with the increasing cooperation of the industry and research institutes, the promotion of the innovation ability of the enterprises is becoming smaller and smaller, and the improvement of the market concentration of the automobile industry can not effectively improve the innovation ability of the enterprises. In light of the actual situation of the automobile industry, in order to effectively promote the sustainable development of the automobile industry, based on the analysis of the simulation results, relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
