建龍鋼鐵集團(tuán)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:近幾年來,全球鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)普遍出現(xiàn)產(chǎn)能過剩的情況,國際的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)依然不太樂觀,存在很大的不確定性。然而我國的鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)部競(jìng)爭異常激烈,整個(gè)鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)基本上都在連年虧損的狀態(tài)下運(yùn)營。尤其是隨著我國鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)新政的發(fā)布,很多民營鋼鐵企業(yè)都面臨著前所未有的危機(jī)。因此面對(duì)越來越嚴(yán)峻的市場(chǎng)形勢(shì),民營鋼鐵企業(yè)必須制定出擁有適合自身的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,以保障自身的正常運(yùn)營和穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。建龍鋼鐵集團(tuán)最初成立于2003年,是國內(nèi)具有較大實(shí)力的民營鋼鐵企業(yè),同時(shí)也是我國鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)未來發(fā)展的生力軍。其經(jīng)營產(chǎn)品主要包括圓鋼、角鋼、無縫鋼管等十幾種產(chǎn)品。集團(tuán)目前是擁有七個(gè)管理部門、十一家子公司和三個(gè)參股公司。本文以建龍鋼鐵集團(tuán)為目標(biāo)案例,通過研究當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外的相應(yīng)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略理論的成果和國內(nèi)知名鋼鐵企業(yè)的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),全方位的對(duì)建龍鋼鐵集團(tuán)進(jìn)行了深入分析,并針對(duì)建龍鋼鐵集團(tuán)當(dāng)前發(fā)展中存在的問題提出了相應(yīng)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和能夠保障其發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略順利實(shí)施的保障措施。首先,筆者交代了論文的研究背景、研究意義、研究內(nèi)容、研究方法、理論基礎(chǔ)和國內(nèi)外研究綜述,提出了本文創(chuàng)作的初衷和對(duì)于建龍鋼鐵集團(tuán)發(fā)展的理論意義和實(shí)際意義,并根據(jù)建龍鋼鐵集團(tuán)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀尋找出當(dāng)前建龍鋼鐵集團(tuán)存在的問題,為下文的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究進(jìn)行鋪墊。其次,筆者依據(jù)戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),重點(diǎn)對(duì)建龍鋼鐵集團(tuán)的外部環(huán)境、競(jìng)爭結(jié)構(gòu)等方面展開分析和探討,并對(duì)建龍鋼鐵內(nèi)部的情況進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的了解,并運(yùn)用SWOT分析方法對(duì)建龍鋼鐵集團(tuán)的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇和威脅進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析。最后,筆者根據(jù)建龍鋼鐵集團(tuán)的SWOT分析確定了建龍鋼鐵集團(tuán)未來可以選擇的適合自身發(fā)展的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,即SO戰(zhàn)略(其中包括新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)的SO戰(zhàn)略和市場(chǎng)擴(kuò)張的SO戰(zhàn)略)與ST戰(zhàn)略(其中包括低成本ST戰(zhàn)略、供產(chǎn)一體化ST戰(zhàn)略和市場(chǎng)開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略),并對(duì)相關(guān)戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施和保障措施進(jìn)行了陳述,筆者認(rèn)為建龍鋼鐵集團(tuán)在戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施中應(yīng)當(dāng)采取加強(qiáng)資金管理、擴(kuò)大生產(chǎn)規(guī)模,調(diào)整優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、加大品種鋼開發(fā)和使用技術(shù)的研究力度,推動(dòng)品種鋼的戰(zhàn)略營銷和建立健全市場(chǎng)營銷體系等對(duì)策,而為了保障戰(zhàn)略的順利實(shí)施筆者認(rèn)為建龍鋼鐵集團(tuán)應(yīng)當(dāng)采取加快集團(tuán)技術(shù)中心建設(shè)步伐、加大資源保障力度、推進(jìn)集中一貫制管理模式的導(dǎo)入加大人力資源建設(shè)力度和加強(qiáng)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)等措施。由于國內(nèi)針對(duì)鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究基本上都停留在理論層面,而本文針對(duì)建龍鋼鐵集團(tuán)展開研究,切實(shí)的為建龍鋼鐵集團(tuán)未來的發(fā)展提出建設(shè)性的戰(zhàn)略意見,因此,本文在理論聯(lián)系實(shí)踐方面具有一定的創(chuàng)新性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the global steel industry has seen widespread overcapacity, and the international economic situation is still not very optimistic, there is a lot of uncertainty. However, the internal competition of iron and steel industry in our country is extremely fierce, the whole iron and steel industry is basically operating under the condition of successive years of losses. Especially with the release of the New deal of Iron and Steel Industry, many private steel enterprises are facing unprecedented crisis. Therefore, in the face of more and more severe market situation, private iron and steel enterprises must formulate a development strategy suitable for their own, in order to ensure their normal operation and stable development. Jianlong Iron and Steel Group, founded in 2003, is a private steel enterprise with great strength in our country, and it is also a new force in the future development of China's iron and steel industry. Its business products mainly include round steel, angle steel, seamless steel pipe and more than a dozen products. The group currently has seven management departments, eleven subsidiaries and three equity-taking companies. This paper takes Jianlong Iron and Steel Group as the target case, through studying the achievement of the corresponding development strategy theory at home and abroad and the advanced experience of domestic famous iron and steel enterprises, makes a thorough analysis of Jianlong Iron and Steel Group in all directions. Aiming at the problems existing in the current development of Jianlong Iron and Steel Group, this paper puts forward the corresponding development strategy and the guarantee measures which can guarantee the smooth implementation of the development strategy of Jianlong Iron and Steel Group. First of all, the author explains the research background, research significance, research content, research methods, theoretical basis and domestic and foreign research review, and puts forward the original intention of this paper and the theoretical and practical significance for the development of Jianlong Iron and Steel Group. According to the present development situation of Jianlong Iron and Steel Group, the existing problems of Jianlong Iron and Steel Group are found out, which pave the way for the research of the following development strategy. Secondly, based on the theory of strategic management, the author analyzes and discusses the external environment and competitive structure of Jianlong Iron and Steel Group, and makes a detailed understanding of the internal situation of Jianlong Iron and Steel Group. The advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Jianlong Iron and Steel Group are systematically analyzed by using SWOT analysis method. Finally, according to the SWOT analysis of Jianlong Iron and Steel Group, the author determines the development strategy which can be chosen by Jianlong Iron and Steel Group for its own development in the future. So strategy (including so strategy for new product development and so strategy for market expansion) and St strategy (including low cost St strategy), St strategy and market development strategy of supply and production integration, and the implementation and safeguard measures of related strategies are stated. The author thinks that Jianlong Iron and Steel Group should strengthen capital management and expand production scale in the implementation of the strategy. Adjust and optimize the product structure, increase the research on the technology of developing and using the variety steel, promote the strategic marketing of the variety steel and establish and perfect the marketing system, etc. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy, the author believes that Jianlong Iron and Steel Group should speed up the construction of the technical center of the Group and increase the strength of resource guarantee. Promoting the introduction of centralized and consistent management mode and strengthening the construction of human resources and corporate culture. Since the domestic research on the development strategy of iron and steel industry is basically confined to the theoretical level, this paper focuses on the research of Jianlong Iron and Steel Group, and puts forward constructive strategic suggestions for the future development of Jianlong Iron and Steel Group. This article has certain innovation in the aspect of combining theory with practice.
