【摘要】：隨著居民生活水平的提高,牛奶及奶制品的消費(fèi)需求不斷增加,中國奶業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展迅速。但奶業(yè)企業(yè)仍存在諸多問題,如原料奶和乳制品質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定、產(chǎn)品相似度高以及進(jìn)口乳制品的沖擊等,都影響了中國奶業(yè)企業(yè)的可持續(xù)性。企業(yè)若不能保持相對的可持續(xù)性,不僅會影響奶業(yè)企業(yè)自身的經(jīng)營,甚至?xí)绊懻麄�奶業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。在這種背景下,本文首先分析了中國奶業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及奶業(yè)企業(yè)經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀,然后根據(jù)上市企業(yè)年度披露報(bào)告數(shù)據(jù),分析了中國奶業(yè)A股上市企業(yè)可持續(xù)增長狀況,結(jié)果表明2011年到2014年中國奶業(yè)企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)了可持續(xù)增長。之后,本文建立中國奶業(yè)企業(yè)三重底線可持續(xù)性評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,對中國奶業(yè)A股上市企業(yè)的可持續(xù)性進(jìn)行評價(jià),結(jié)果表明中國奶業(yè)企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)績效和社會績效平均值高于環(huán)境績效。從企業(yè)來看,伊利股份和光明乳業(yè)的可持續(xù)性綜合指數(shù)較高,三元股份和天潤乳業(yè)的則較低。最后,本文基于生態(tài)效率概念,從投入產(chǎn)出角度對中國奶業(yè)A股上市企業(yè)可持續(xù)性進(jìn)行評價(jià)。結(jié)果表明,三元股份和西部牧業(yè)的企業(yè)可持續(xù)性較差。因此,針對企業(yè)存在的問題,分析結(jié)果表明原料投入和人力投入是影響奶業(yè)企業(yè)可持續(xù)性的主要因素。針對上述結(jié)論,本文提出了提高奶業(yè)企業(yè)可持續(xù)性的相關(guān)政策建議,包括提高企業(yè)盈利能力,增加研發(fā)投入力度；優(yōu)化企業(yè)員工結(jié)構(gòu),提高員工福利待遇；加大環(huán)保投入力度,實(shí)施企業(yè)節(jié)能減排措施；合理配置資源投入,提高資源利用效率。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of living standards and the increasing demand for milk and dairy products, Chinese dairy enterprises are developing rapidly. However, there are still many problems in dairy industry, such as the unstable quality of raw milk and dairy products, the high similarity of products and the impact of imported dairy products, all of which affect the sustainability of Chinese dairy enterprises. If the enterprise can not maintain the relative sustainability, it will not only affect the management of the dairy industry itself, but also affect the development of the whole dairy industry. Under this background, this paper first analyzes the development of Chinese dairy industry and the current situation of dairy enterprises, and then, according to the annual disclosure data of listed enterprises, analyzes the sustainable growth of A-share listed enterprises in China dairy industry. The results show that Chinese dairy companies achieved sustainable growth from 2011 to 2014. Then, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of the triple bottom line sustainability of Chinese dairy enterprises, and evaluates the sustainability of Chinese dairy A-share listed enterprises. The results show that the average economic and social performance of Chinese dairy enterprises is higher than that of environmental performance. From the enterprise point of view, Yili shares and Guangming dairy industry sustainability composite index is higher, three shares and Tianrun dairy industry is lower. Finally, based on the concept of ecological efficiency, this paper evaluates the sustainability of A-share listed enterprises in Chinese dairy industry from the point of view of input and output. The results show that the enterprise sustainability of three-yuan stock and western animal husbandry is poor. Therefore, the analysis results show that raw material input and manpower input are the main factors that affect the sustainability of dairy enterprises. In view of the above conclusions, this paper puts forward some relevant policy suggestions to improve the sustainability of dairy enterprises, including improving the profitability of enterprises, increasing R & D investment, optimizing the structure of employees, improving employee welfare, increasing environmental protection investment. We will implement energy conservation and emission reduction measures for enterprises, allocate resources rationally and improve the efficiency of resource utilization.
