【摘要】:企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)瞧浔U腺Y源供給的血管,對于企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展起著重要作用,然而傳統(tǒng)的供應(yīng)鏈存在著一定的缺陷,尤其在實(shí)現(xiàn)各節(jié)點(diǎn)資源配置方面,傳統(tǒng)的供應(yīng)鏈只考慮資源輸送最大化效益,而忽視了對資源配置的優(yōu)化,這就給環(huán)境造成了巨大的破壞,為社會帶來了各種的負(fù)面影響。綠色供應(yīng)鏈倡導(dǎo)將綠色環(huán)保意識融入到供應(yīng)鏈管理中來,通過降低供應(yīng)鏈對環(huán)境的負(fù)面影響,優(yōu)化資源配置,減少不必要的資源消耗,以實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本文的研究對象為A公司,該企業(yè)將可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念作為企業(yè)經(jīng)營的長期目標(biāo),為客戶提供優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品的同時,也以負(fù)責(zé)任的態(tài)度對社會產(chǎn)生積極的影響。A公司在原料采購、產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)、設(shè)計(jì)制造、消費(fèi)及物流等供應(yīng)鏈的各個環(huán)節(jié)都堅(jiān)持可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路,致力于綠色管理,與供應(yīng)商、客戶和其他合作伙伴共同打造綠色供應(yīng)鏈。本文探討的是綠色供應(yīng)鏈視角企業(yè)供應(yīng)商選擇問題,對綠色供應(yīng)鏈的概念進(jìn)行了闡述,以A公司為例,介紹了當(dāng)前企業(yè)在進(jìn)行供應(yīng)商選擇的現(xiàn)狀,分析了其中存在的問題,包括缺乏對綠色供應(yīng)商信息系統(tǒng)考核、忽略了綠色包裝和綠色運(yùn)輸問題、缺乏綠色風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理和對綠色供應(yīng)商評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不統(tǒng)一問題。并對A公司綠色供應(yīng)商選擇的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和評價(jià)體系進(jìn)行了重新制定,將A公司進(jìn)行綠色供應(yīng)商選擇的評價(jià)指標(biāo)分為質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)、服務(wù)、成本、財(cái)務(wù)、創(chuàng)新和能源環(huán)保七個大指標(biāo);七個大指標(biāo)又被分解為29個小指標(biāo),并根據(jù)公司相關(guān)專家的經(jīng)驗(yàn),確定了各個指標(biāo)在評價(jià)中的權(quán)重,并以此建立模糊評價(jià)模型。利用層次分析法,對A公司綠色供應(yīng)鏈下供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行評價(jià),通過建立層次結(jié)構(gòu)模型、構(gòu)建兩兩判斷矩陣、確定單層權(quán)重及一致性檢驗(yàn)以及確定組合權(quán)重及排序?qū)⿷?yīng)商進(jìn)行選擇。由此確定了A公司的最優(yōu)綠色供應(yīng)商。最后提出了企業(yè)進(jìn)行綠色供應(yīng)商管理的策略,希望對我國企業(yè)的綠色供應(yīng)商管理實(shí)施起到指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:The supply chain of the enterprise is the blood vessel of ensuring the supply of resources, which plays an important role in the survival and development of the enterprise. However, the traditional supply chain has some defects, especially in realizing the allocation of resources at each node. The traditional supply chain only considers the maximum benefit of resource transportation, but neglects the optimization of resource allocation, which causes great damage to the environment and brings all kinds of negative effects to the society. Green supply chain advocates to integrate green environmental awareness into supply chain management. By reducing the negative impact of supply chain on the environment, optimizing resource allocation and reducing unnecessary resource consumption, the sustainable development strategy of enterprises can be realized. The research object of this paper is Company A, which regards the concept of sustainable development as the long-term goal of enterprise management, provides customers with high quality products, but also has a positive impact on the society with a responsible attitude. Product production, design, manufacturing, consumption and logistics in all aspects of the supply chain adhere to sustainable development path, committed to green management, with suppliers, customers and other partners to create a green supply chain. This paper discusses the problem of supplier selection from the perspective of green supply chain, expounds the concept of green supply chain, taking company A as an example, introduces the current situation of supplier selection in enterprises, and analyzes the existing problems. Including the lack of green supplier information system evaluation, ignoring the green packaging and green transportation problems, lack of green risk management and green supplier evaluation standards are not uniform. The criteria and evaluation system of green supplier selection for company A are reformulated, and the evaluation indexes of green supplier selection are divided into seven indexes: quality, production, service, cost, finance, innovation and energy environment protection. The seven indexes are decomposed into 29 small indexes, and according to the experience of experts, the weight of each index in evaluation is determined, and the fuzzy evaluation model is established. This paper evaluates the suppliers in the green supply chain of A Company by using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), establishes the hierarchical structure model, and constructs the pairwise judgment matrix. Determine the single-layer weight and consistency test and determine the combined weight and ranking to select suppliers. Therefore, the optimal green supplier of company A is determined. Finally, the strategy of green supplier management is put forward, which is expected to play a guiding role in the implementation of green supplier management in Chinese enterprises.
