【摘要】：正劉旭鍇全國工程勘察設(shè)計大師,享受國務(wù)院政府特殊津貼專家,現(xiàn)任天津市市政工程設(shè)計研究院總工程師,為中國公路學(xué)會理事、中國土木工程學(xué)會理事。1989年,剛從上海同濟(jì)大學(xué)畢業(yè)獲得碩士學(xué)位的劉旭鍇,進(jìn)入了天津市市政工程設(shè)計研究院(以下簡稱"天津市政院")工作,師從該院首位全國工程勘察設(shè)計大師黃大健,開啟了他的"橋梁人生"。當(dāng)時的他也許不會想到,20多年后,自己會挑起技術(shù)帶頭人的重?fù)?dān),憑借豐富、卓越的橋梁工程設(shè)計實(shí)踐和理論研究成果,摘得全國工程勘察設(shè)計大師的桂
[Abstract]:Zheng Liu Xukai National Engineering Survey and Design Master, expert with special subsidy from the State Council, is currently chief engineer of Tianjin Municipal Engineering Design and Research Institute, director of China Highway Society and Director of China Civil Engineering Association. 1989, Liu Xukai, who has just graduated from Shanghai Tongji University with a master's degree, has joined the Tianjin Municipal Engineering Design and Research Institute (hereafter referred to as "Tianjin Municipal Institute"), and has been taught by the institute's first national master of engineering survey and design, Huang Dajian. Opened his "bridge life".
