【摘要】：標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是針對(duì)反復(fù)出現(xiàn)的概念或事物所做出的統(tǒng)一規(guī)定。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化是一項(xiàng)活動(dòng),主要由制定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、發(fā)布標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和實(shí)施標(biāo)準(zhǔn)3個(gè)部分構(gòu)成。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的基礎(chǔ),標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的集中體現(xiàn)。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化在印刷行業(yè)的應(yīng)用被視為印刷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化。印刷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化是指為了能夠使印刷產(chǎn)品進(jìn)入市場(chǎng)流通,對(duì)印刷產(chǎn)品的原料、工藝、設(shè)備、生產(chǎn)流程等做出的統(tǒng)一規(guī)定。實(shí)施印刷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化可以保證行業(yè)內(nèi)各步驟的規(guī)范化運(yùn)作,促進(jìn)印刷業(yè)的發(fā)展。印刷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化是印刷行業(yè)健康快速發(fā)展的重要技術(shù)支撐,印刷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度的高低關(guān)系著印刷品質(zhì)量的高低。印刷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作是我國(guó)印刷業(yè)發(fā)展到一定階段的必然產(chǎn)物。我國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)從印刷大國(guó)向印刷強(qiáng)國(guó)的轉(zhuǎn)變過(guò)程中,印刷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化是建設(shè)印刷強(qiáng)國(guó)的重要指標(biāo)和條件。本文首先對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了梳理,主要包括:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的內(nèi)涵和作用;標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定過(guò)程;印刷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的內(nèi)容和作用以及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的相關(guān)組織機(jī)構(gòu)。其次,文章回顧了中國(guó)印刷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的發(fā)展歷程和中國(guó)印刷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。另外,當(dāng)前印刷行業(yè)內(nèi)推行綠色印刷,伴隨著綠色印刷的到來(lái),綠色印刷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也相繼被制定出來(lái),文章對(duì)中國(guó)印刷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要概括。最后,列舉了3類具有代表性的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)案例,經(jīng)過(guò)分析得出了中國(guó)印刷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化發(fā)展的若干趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:A standard is a uniform provision for recurring concepts or things. Standardization is an activity, which consists of three parts: setting standards, issuing standards and implementing standards. Standard is the basis of standardization, standardization is the centralized embodiment of standard. The application of standardization in printing industry is regarded as printing standardization. Printing standardization is to make printing products into the market circulation, printing products raw materials, technology, equipment, production processes made unified regulations. The implementation of printing standardization can ensure the standardized operation of various steps in the industry and promote the development of the printing industry. Printing standardization is an important technical support for the healthy and rapid development of printing industry. Printing standardization is the inevitable outcome of the development of printing industry in China. In the process of transformation from big printing country to powerful printing country, printing standardization is an important index and condition for building a powerful printing country. This paper firstly combs the content of standard and standardization, mainly includes: standard, the connotation and function of standardization, the process of making standard, the content and function of printing standard and the organization of standardization. Secondly, the paper reviews the development of printing standardization in China and the current situation of printing standardization in China. In addition, with the coming of green printing, the green printing standard has been formulated one after another. This paper briefly summarizes the development of printing standards in China. Finally, three kinds of representative standard cases are listed, and some trends of the development of printing standardization in China are obtained through analysis.
