【摘要】：在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展增速持續(xù)放緩的情況下,固定資產(chǎn)投資將作為我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展主要推動(dòng)力,因此,建筑行業(yè)未來必將得到快速的發(fā)展。而在建筑行業(yè)規(guī)模逐步擴(kuò)大的背景下,施工企業(yè)必然面臨同時(shí)承接多個(gè)建筑工程項(xiàng)目的情況,這與有限的企業(yè)資源之間存在沖突。在多項(xiàng)目條件下對施工企業(yè)資源管理進(jìn)行研究,對提升施工企業(yè)生產(chǎn)能力以及保證建筑行業(yè)和國民經(jīng)濟(jì)快速持續(xù)發(fā)展都有著非常重要的意義。因此,本文以多項(xiàng)目條件下施工企業(yè)的資源管理作為研究對象,系統(tǒng)的對施工企業(yè)資源分配及資源管理體系進(jìn)行研究。本文首先對國內(nèi)外多項(xiàng)目管理及資源均衡的相關(guān)研究成果進(jìn)行分析,確定了多項(xiàng)目條件下施工企業(yè)資源管理的研究內(nèi)容;在此基礎(chǔ)上,研究多項(xiàng)目管理和多項(xiàng)目資源管理的相關(guān)理論,總結(jié)了多項(xiàng)目管理的特點(diǎn)及方法,并就企業(yè)資源分析方法和多項(xiàng)目資源管理內(nèi)容及資源分配進(jìn)行探討�；谝陨涎芯�,運(yùn)用施工企業(yè)內(nèi)部價(jià)值鏈分析法分析了施工企業(yè)資源,并對施工企業(yè)資源進(jìn)行分類,明確多項(xiàng)目條件下施工企業(yè)資源管理的主要對象;借助于波士頓矩陣模型,提出建筑工程項(xiàng)目的分類方法;以此為基礎(chǔ)解決了各類項(xiàng)目在資源分配中的優(yōu)先順序問題;進(jìn)而提出多項(xiàng)目條件下人力資源的分配方法和資金分配的模型。本文以GL建筑工程股份有限公司為對象,對構(gòu)建的多項(xiàng)目條件下施工企業(yè)人力資源分配方法和資金分配模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。從組織管理、過程管理和信息管理三個(gè)角度對多項(xiàng)目條件下施工企業(yè)的資源管理進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究,提出了多項(xiàng)目條件下施工企業(yè)的資源管理體系。本文通過對多項(xiàng)目條件下施工企業(yè)資源分配和資源管理進(jìn)行研究,為施工企業(yè)多項(xiàng)目條件下的資源管理提供了理論依據(jù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了本文的研究目的。
[Abstract]:Under the condition that the economic growth rate of our country continues to slow down, the fixed assets investment will be the main driving force of the national economy development of our country, therefore, the construction industry will get the fast development in the future. Under the background of the gradual expansion of the construction industry, construction enterprises are bound to face the situation of undertaking multiple construction projects at the same time, which conflicts with the limited enterprise resources. It is of great significance to study the resource management of construction enterprises under the condition of multiple projects to enhance the production capacity of construction enterprises and to ensure the rapid and sustainable development of the construction industry and the national economy. Therefore, this paper takes the resources management of construction enterprises as the research object, and systematically studies the resource allocation and resource management system of construction enterprises. This paper first analyzes the research results of multi-project management and resource balance at home and abroad, and determines the research content of construction enterprise resource management under multi-project conditions. This paper studies the related theories of multi-project management and multi-project resource management, summarizes the characteristics and methods of multi-project management, and probes into the methods of enterprise resource analysis, the contents and resource allocation of multi-project resource management. Based on the above research, this paper analyzes the construction enterprise resources by using the internal value chain analysis method of the construction enterprise, and classifies the construction enterprise resources, and clarifies the main object of the construction enterprise resource management under the multi-project condition, with the help of the Boston matrix model, The classification method of construction project is put forward, which solves the priority problem of all kinds of projects in resource allocation, and then puts forward the allocation method of human resources and the model of capital allocation under the condition of multi-project. In this paper, GL Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. is taken as the object to verify the human resource allocation method and capital allocation model of construction enterprises under multi-project conditions. This paper systematically studies the resource management of construction enterprises under multi-project conditions from three angles of organization management, process management and information management, and puts forward the resource management system of construction enterprises under multi-project conditions. Through the research on resource allocation and resource management of construction enterprises under multi-project conditions, this paper provides a theoretical basis for the resource management of construction enterprises under multi-project conditions, and realizes the purpose of this paper.
