【摘要】：能源是保證一個(gè)國(guó)家或地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要生產(chǎn)要素,提高能源利用效率關(guān)系到中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。中國(guó)現(xiàn)階段能源效率存在明顯的區(qū)域差異,對(duì)能源效率的區(qū)域比較研究更具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,在此背景下,本文研究了中國(guó)省域能源效率,在全要素能源效率分析框架下,借助全局超效率SBM-DEA模型,對(duì)2005年-2014年中國(guó)30個(gè)省(市、自治區(qū))的全要素能源效率進(jìn)行了測(cè)度和分析。進(jìn)一步,本文基于空間視角,借助空間計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論和方法,對(duì)中國(guó)省域全要素能源效率的空間相關(guān)性進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明中國(guó)省域全要素能源效率存在正的空間自相關(guān)性,據(jù)此對(duì)中國(guó)全要素能源效率的區(qū)域差異展開(kāi)包含空間維度的深入分析。本文對(duì)中國(guó)全要素能源效率的影響因素進(jìn)行了空間計(jì)量分析,創(chuàng)新性地將對(duì)外直接投資(OFDI)納入影響因素分析框架,構(gòu)建了中國(guó)全要素能源效率空間誤差面板模型,實(shí)證分析中國(guó)全要素能源效率的具體影響因素。結(jié)果顯示,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)和對(duì)外貿(mào)易對(duì)中國(guó)省域全要素能源效率具有顯著的正向促進(jìn)作用,而政府干預(yù)對(duì)中國(guó)省域全要素能源效率存在著負(fù)向影響,跨國(guó)投資中的對(duì)外直接投資(OFDI)對(duì)中國(guó)省域全要素能源效率存在顯著的正向促進(jìn)作用,但外商直接投資(FDI)的影響不顯著。根據(jù)理論與實(shí)證分析結(jié)果,本文為促進(jìn)中國(guó)能源效率的區(qū)域均衡發(fā)展提出了切實(shí)可行的建議。
[Abstract]:Energy is an important factor of production to ensure the sustainable economic development of a country or region. Improving the efficiency of energy use is related to the long-term development of China's economy. There are obvious regional differences in energy efficiency in China at present, so the regional comparative study of energy efficiency is of practical significance. Under this background, this paper studies the energy efficiency of China province, under the framework of all-factor energy efficiency analysis. Based on the global super-efficiency SBM-DEA model, the total factor energy efficiency of 30 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) in China from 2005 to 2014 is measured and analyzed. Furthermore, based on the spatial perspective and with the help of spatial econometrics theory and method, this paper tests the spatial correlation of total factor energy efficiency in China. The results show that there is a positive spatial autocorrelation in total factor energy efficiency in China. Based on this, the regional differences of total factor energy efficiency in China are analyzed including spatial dimension. This paper makes a spatial econometric analysis on the influencing factors of China's total factor energy efficiency, and creatively brings OFDI into the analysis framework of influencing factors, and constructs the spatial error panel model of China's all-factor energy efficiency. Empirical analysis of the specific factors affecting the energy efficiency of all factors in China. The results show that the level of economic development, the upgrading of industrial structure and foreign trade have a significant positive effect on the energy efficiency of China's province, while government intervention has a negative impact on the efficiency of China's provincial total factor energy. Foreign direct investment (OFDI) in transnational investment has a significant positive effect on the energy efficiency of all factors in China, but the impact of foreign direct investment (FDI) is not significant. Based on the theoretical and empirical results, this paper puts forward some practical suggestions for promoting the regional balanced development of energy efficiency in China.
