【摘要】:風(fēng)電是重要的可再生新能源。風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)是高端裝備制造業(yè)和新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的融合體,歷來受到各級政府的高度重視和支持。中國風(fēng)機制造企業(yè)在經(jīng)歷十余年的行業(yè)高速增長后,在經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)和行業(yè)競爭加劇的沖擊下,面對企業(yè)內(nèi)外環(huán)境的改變,有必要重新對自身的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行審視和規(guī)劃。本研究擬以國內(nèi)風(fēng)機制造業(yè)排名前列的湘電風(fēng)能有限公司作為研究對象,旨在為新時期湘電風(fēng)能有限公司(簡稱湘電風(fēng)能)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定與實施提供參考和建議。本研究主要是結(jié)合相關(guān)的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論和對風(fēng)電行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)和信息的搜集整理以及分析,遵循企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略制定的三個基本階段環(huán)境分析、戰(zhàn)略制定與執(zhí)行進行展開。本文首先對企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論的相關(guān)流派進行了分析和比較,為接下來企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的選擇和優(yōu)化提供理論支持。然后通過資料搜集和分析,對本研究對象湘電風(fēng)能的內(nèi)部發(fā)展條件進行了闡述和分析,接著對國內(nèi)外風(fēng)電市場的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了分析。然后采取了SWOT分析法對湘電風(fēng)能的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇和挑戰(zhàn)進行了分析。發(fā)現(xiàn)湘電風(fēng)能的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢在電機制造、產(chǎn)品選型和產(chǎn)業(yè)先發(fā)。其發(fā)展劣勢包括:地理位置限制、市場規(guī)模較小、管理體制保守和技術(shù)力量薄弱。其發(fā)展機遇包括穩(wěn)定的政策支持、風(fēng)電企業(yè)兼并重組、后續(xù)維護市場擴大。面臨的發(fā)展威脅包括產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量隱患、風(fēng)電并網(wǎng)難題、企業(yè)擴張合并的風(fēng)險和經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)的挑戰(zhàn)。在對湘電風(fēng)能SWOT分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合對湘電風(fēng)現(xiàn)有發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究和分析,本文從三個方面對湘電風(fēng)能的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行了優(yōu)化,包括:產(chǎn)品差異化戰(zhàn)略、產(chǎn)品安全化戰(zhàn)略和縱向一體化戰(zhàn)略。針對新時期風(fēng)電行業(yè)內(nèi)外環(huán)境快速變化的現(xiàn)實,本研究提出湘電風(fēng)能的未來發(fā)展定位和戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)是打造國際有影響和國內(nèi)一流的風(fēng)電制造企業(yè),發(fā)展原則是穩(wěn)步推進、創(chuàng)新推動和重點突破,并闡述了湘電風(fēng)能的發(fā)展途徑、行動工程以及戰(zhàn)略實施保障。本研究對湘潭市風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)的支柱企業(yè)湘電風(fēng)能的總體發(fā)展目標(biāo)制定和戰(zhàn)略實施具有重要的意義,也為經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)下區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展規(guī)劃提供了意見和參考。
[Abstract]:Wind power is an important renewable energy. Wind power industry is a combination of high-end equipment manufacturing and new energy industry. It has always been highly valued and supported by governments at all levels. After more than ten years of rapid growth, Chinese fan manufacturing enterprises face the internal and external environment under the impact of the new economy and the intensification of competition in the industry. It is necessary to review and plan its own development strategy. This study aims to provide reference and suggestions for the development and implementation of the development and implementation of the Hunan TV Wind Energy Ltd (wind power) development strategy in the new period. The relevant enterprise strategic management theory and the collection and analysis of the data and information of the wind power industry, follow the three basic stages of the enterprise development strategy environment analysis, strategic formulation and implementation. This paper first analyzes and compares the relevant schools of the enterprise strategic management theory, for the next enterprise strategy. The selection and optimization provide theoretical support. Then through data collection and analysis, the internal development conditions of this research object are expounded and analyzed, and then the development status of the wind power market at home and abroad is analyzed. Then the SWOT analysis method is adopted to develop the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the wind energy development. It is found that the development advantage of the wind power of Hunan electric power is motor manufacturing, product selection and industry first. Its development disadvantage includes: geographical position restriction, small market scale, conservative management system and weak technical force. Its development opportunities include stable policy support, merger and reorganization of wind power enterprises, and further maintenance of market expansion. The threat to development is facing the development threat. It includes the hidden trouble of product quality, the problem of wind power grid connected with the network, the risk of enterprise expansion and merger and the challenge of the new normal economy. On the basis of SWOT analysis of the wind energy of Hunan electric power, combining with the research and analysis of the existing development strategy of Xiang TV wind, this paper optimizes the development strategy of the wind energy from three aspects, including the product differentiation strategy and the product. In view of the rapid changes in the internal and external environment of the wind power industry in the new period, this study proposes that the future development orientation and strategic goal of the wind energy of Hunan power is to create an international and domestic first-class wind power manufacturing enterprise. The development principle is to push forward steadily, promote innovation and key breakthroughs, and elaborate the Hunan power. The development approach of wind energy, action engineering and strategic implementation guarantee. This study is of great significance to the overall development target and strategy implementation of the Xiangtan wind power industry's pillar enterprises, and also provides advice and reference for the long-term development planning of regional economy under the new normal economy.
