【摘要】：為了加強(qiáng)航天并行研制型號(hào)項(xiàng)目的管理水平,完成了多項(xiàng)目一體化管控平臺(tái)的建設(shè)和應(yīng)用,內(nèi)容涵蓋計(jì)劃管理、進(jìn)度管理、資源管理和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理四個(gè)項(xiàng)目管理基本要素.通過(guò)多項(xiàng)目一體化管控平臺(tái)的應(yīng)用,為航天企業(yè)的多項(xiàng)目管理提供了高效的信息化手段,顯著提升了多型號(hào)研制計(jì)劃全周期管理水平和關(guān)鍵資源統(tǒng)籌配置能力,對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的管控和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警提供了量化手段,為項(xiàng)目管理者進(jìn)行決策提供有效的數(shù)據(jù)支撐和方法保障,推進(jìn)了科研生產(chǎn)綜合管理模式的變革.
[Abstract]:In order to strengthen the management level of the spaceflight parallel development project, the construction and application of multi-project integrated control platform are completed. The contents include four basic elements of project management: plan management, schedule management, resource management and risk management. Through the application of multi-project integrated management and control platform, it provides an efficient information means for the multi-project management of aerospace enterprises, and significantly improves the management level of multi-model development plan and the ability of overall allocation of key resources. It provides quantitative means for project schedule control and risk monitoring and early warning, provides effective data support and method guarantee for project managers to make decisions, and promotes the reform of comprehensive management mode of scientific research and production.
