【摘要】:改革開放以來(lái),中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,給國(guó)內(nèi)白酒行業(yè)帶來(lái)了巨大的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。白酒行業(yè)與陶瓷酒瓶制造業(yè)具有緊密的關(guān)聯(lián)性。白酒行業(yè)的發(fā)展也帶來(lái)了陶瓷酒瓶制造業(yè)的快速發(fā)展。同時(shí),伴隨市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的日益成熟和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈,陶瓷酒瓶制造企業(yè)面臨更激烈挑戰(zhàn)。從目前情況看,我國(guó)陶瓷酒瓶制造企業(yè)普遍存在發(fā)展歷程短和規(guī)模實(shí)力不足的問(wèn)題,不少企業(yè)過(guò)去依靠低成本、廣覆蓋、強(qiáng)銷售的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)獲得了快速成長(zhǎng),但由于缺乏企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃及企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施保障,往往出現(xiàn)發(fā)展滯后及錯(cuò)失發(fā)展機(jī)遇的狀況。如何提升可持續(xù)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,是中國(guó)企業(yè)需要思考的問(wèn)題。如何更好的發(fā)展自身,是中國(guó)陶瓷企業(yè)必須面對(duì)的問(wèn)題。A瓷業(yè)有限公司是國(guó)內(nèi)最大的陶瓷灑瓶制造企業(yè),但是發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的缺失和戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施保障的不足約束了企業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,戰(zhàn)略設(shè)計(jì)和選擇勢(shì)在必行。文章總體線索從A瓷業(yè)有限公司基本情況入手,通過(guò)對(duì)安華瓷業(yè)內(nèi)、外部環(huán)境分析,綜合應(yīng)用戰(zhàn)略管理理論和SWOT分析方法,在充分研究A瓷業(yè)有限公司面臨的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,制訂符合自身的有效發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,全面安排,詳細(xì)部署,整合企業(yè)資源,提高企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,在把握機(jī)會(huì)的同時(shí)戰(zhàn)勝困難,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展企業(yè)。文章具體內(nèi)容包括七大部分,首先對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)梳理,其次介紹A瓷業(yè)有限公司基本概況,通過(guò)對(duì)公司進(jìn)行SWOT診斷,對(duì)公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行研究,最終確定公司實(shí)施科技興企、品牌強(qiáng)企、人才樹企、資本助企等四大發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。并圍繞如何實(shí)現(xiàn)A瓷業(yè)有限的具體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),就公司戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施中企業(yè)上市、進(jìn)軍農(nóng)村、加快轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)、強(qiáng)化科技創(chuàng)新等7個(gè)方面對(duì)戰(zhàn)略有效實(shí)施的保障進(jìn)行深入探討,對(duì)存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行列舉并提出防控措施,確保企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略有效可行。論文通過(guò)A瓷業(yè)有限公司戰(zhàn)略問(wèn)題的研究,幫助A瓷業(yè)有限公司明晰戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和任務(wù),對(duì)企業(yè)邁入健康的可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路具有應(yīng)用價(jià)值;該研究對(duì)其他處于戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展和戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型中的陶瓷企業(yè)也具有參考價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of China's economy has brought great opportunities to the domestic liquor industry. Liquor industry and ceramic bottle manufacturing industry has a close relationship. The development of liquor industry has also brought the rapid development of ceramic bottle manufacturing industry. At the same time, with the increasingly mature market economy and increasingly fierce competition, ceramic bottle manufacturing enterprises are facing more fierce challenges. From the current situation, Chinese ceramic bottle manufacturing enterprises generally have the problems of short development history and insufficient scale strength. In the past, many enterprises relied on the competitive advantage of low cost, wide coverage and strong sales to gain rapid growth. However, due to the lack of enterprise strategic planning and the implementation of enterprise strategy, development often lags behind and opportunities for development are missed. How to enhance sustainable competitiveness is a problem that Chinese enterprises need to think about. How to develop itself better is the problem that Chinese ceramic enterprises must face. A porcelain Industry Co., Ltd. is the largest ceramic bottle manufacturer in China. However, the lack of development strategy and the lack of support for the implementation of the strategy restrict the further development of the enterprise. Strategic design and choice are imperative. Starting with the basic situation of A porcelain Industry Co., Ltd., this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of Anhua porcelain industry, synthetically applies strategic management theory and SWOT analysis method, and fully studies the advantages and disadvantages faced by A porcelain Industry Co., Ltd. On the basis of opportunity and challenge, we should make effective development strategy according to our own, arrange overall, arrange in detail, integrate enterprise resources, improve the core competitiveness of enterprise, overcome the difficulty while grasping the opportunity, and realize the sustainable development of enterprise. This paper includes seven parts: firstly, the paper reviews the development strategy of the enterprise, secondly introduces the basic situation of A porcelain Co., Ltd., and studies the development strategy of the company through the SWOT diagnosis of the company. Finally determine the company's implementation of science and technology, strong brand enterprises, talent tree enterprises, capital to help enterprises such as four development strategies. And focusing on how to realize the specific development strategic goal of A porcelain industry, this paper discusses deeply the guarantee of effective implementation of the strategy from seven aspects, such as the listing of enterprises in the implementation of company strategy, entering into rural areas, speeding up transformation and upgrading, strengthening scientific and technological innovation, and so on. Enumerate the existing risks and put forward prevention and control measures to ensure that the enterprise strategy is effective and feasible. Through the study of the strategic problems of A porcelain Co., Ltd., the paper helps A Ceramics Co., Ltd. to clarify the strategic objectives and tasks, and has the application value for the enterprises to step into a healthy and sustainable development road; This research also has reference value and practical significance for other ceramic enterprises in strategic development and strategic transformation.
