【摘要】：企業(yè)集團(tuán)一般以追求最大利潤作為管理目標(biāo),把財(cái)務(wù)管理作為管理中心,而集團(tuán)的財(cái)務(wù)管理又把資金管理作為核心。對(duì)于大型企業(yè)集團(tuán)而言,資金就像是“血液”在企業(yè)各組織間流動(dòng),如何發(fā)揮資金的規(guī)模優(yōu)勢,加大資源的整合利用,已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)增強(qiáng)市場競爭力的一種必然趨勢�？v觀國內(nèi)外成功企業(yè)集團(tuán)的發(fā)展歷程,資金管理向著更加集中的方向發(fā)展是已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理的重要手段。通過進(jìn)行資金集中管理,可以提高企業(yè)資金的運(yùn)用效率,對(duì)于企業(yè)進(jìn)行預(yù)算、資金的劃撥、產(chǎn)品的銷售與采購、現(xiàn)金結(jié)算等都有一定的規(guī)范作用,還可以減少各子公司的資金浪費(fèi),使企業(yè)集團(tuán)實(shí)現(xiàn)整體的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃擁有充足的資金保障。因此,研究企業(yè)集團(tuán)的資金管理、提高資金管理水平是企業(yè)集團(tuán)廣泛存在更急需解決的問題。本文以L集團(tuán)為研究對(duì)象,先闡述了資金集中管理的相關(guān)理論和研究現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了企業(yè)集團(tuán)資金集中管理的手段;然后介紹了L集團(tuán)實(shí)行資金集中管理的模式選擇以及運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀;接著對(duì)L集團(tuán)實(shí)行資金集中管理所產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和非經(jīng)濟(jì)效益價(jià)值進(jìn)行了分析,得出實(shí)行資金集中管理有助于提高L集團(tuán)信用評(píng)級(jí)、制定戰(zhàn)略決策、降低資本成本、減少閑置資金、加速資金周轉(zhuǎn)以及實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)價(jià)值;最后剖析L集團(tuán)資金集中管理還存在著相關(guān)制度不完善、資金風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范能力較低、資金預(yù)算管理體系不健全、信息化水平較低以及財(cái)務(wù)人員專業(yè)技能較差的問題,并嘗試著提出解決這些問題的建議。希望本文的研究不僅能夠促進(jìn)L集團(tuán)的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展,還能對(duì)同行業(yè)的其他企業(yè)集團(tuán)資金集中管理起到借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The enterprise group generally takes the maximum profit as the management goal, takes the financial management as the management center, and the financial management of the group takes the capital management as the core. For the large enterprise group, the fund is like the flow of "blood" among the enterprises, how to play the advantage of the scale of the capital and increase the integration and utilization of the resources. It has become an inevitable trend for modern enterprises to enhance their market competitiveness. In the course of the development of successful enterprise groups at home and abroad, the development of capital management has become an important means of enterprise financial management. Through the centralized management of funds, the efficiency of enterprise funds can be improved and the enterprise is pretreated. The allocation of funds, the sale and purchase of the products, the cash settlement and so on have a certain normative function. It can also reduce the capital waste of the subsidiaries and make the enterprise group realize the overall development strategy plan with sufficient funds. Therefore, the research of enterprise group's fund management and the improvement of the level of capital management are the widespread existence of the enterprise group. This paper, taking L group as the research object, first expounds the related theories and research status of centralized capital management, summarizes the means of centralized management of enterprise group funds, and then introduces the mode selection and operation status of the centralized management of funds by L group, and then the implementation of the centralized management of funds for L group. The value of economic and non economic benefits is analyzed. It is concluded that centralized management of funds will help to improve the credit rating of L group, make strategic decisions, reduce capital cost, reduce idle funds, accelerate capital turnover and realize enterprise value. Finally, there are still relevant systems and funds wind in the analysis of the centralized management of L group. The risk prevention ability is low, the fund budget management system is not sound, the information level is low and the financial personnel's professional skill is poor, and it tries to put forward some suggestions to solve these problems. I hope this study not only can promote the strategic development of L group, but also can borrow the fund management of other enterprise groups. Make sense.
