X航空維修企業(yè)民航機(jī)務(wù)人員培訓(xùn)課程體系研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)綜合國(guó)力和國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷提升和發(fā)展,居民的收入持續(xù)增加和生活水平不斷提高,居民的航空出行意愿和承受能力顯著提高,以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,航空客運(yùn)和貨運(yùn)市場(chǎng)進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)展,航空運(yùn)輸規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大。對(duì)民航業(yè)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量和運(yùn)營(yíng)安全的提升需求更加迫切,作為民航業(yè)重要組成部分的民航維修業(yè),需要進(jìn)一步提升從業(yè)人員的能力素質(zhì),確保質(zhì)量和安全。X航空維修企業(yè)作為一家新興的航空維修企業(yè),為了企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展,不斷開拓市場(chǎng)。X企業(yè)在其內(nèi)部設(shè)立了培訓(xùn)部門,針對(duì)民航機(jī)務(wù)人員開展培訓(xùn)工作,以提升企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和民航機(jī)務(wù)人員的素質(zhì),但效果不盡如人意;诖,本文深入研究了 X企業(yè)民航機(jī)務(wù)人員培訓(xùn)課程體系存在的問題,將勝任力模型應(yīng)用到企業(yè)培訓(xùn)課程體系的開發(fā)中,以促進(jìn)X企業(yè)民航機(jī)務(wù)人員培訓(xùn)的有效提升。論文主要內(nèi)容如下:(1)系統(tǒng)梳理了企業(yè)培訓(xùn)課程體系方面的研究動(dòng)態(tài),在總結(jié)我國(guó)民航維修業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和民航機(jī)務(wù)人員隊(duì)伍普遍存在的問題的基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)分析了 X企業(yè)培訓(xùn)課程體系存在的問題和原因。(2)通過對(duì)民航機(jī)務(wù)人員的現(xiàn)行制度和機(jī)務(wù)人員工作職責(zé)的分析,以及行為事件訪談,提煉出民航機(jī)務(wù)人員勝任力備選要素;在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)X企業(yè)民航機(jī)務(wù)人員進(jìn)行勝任力進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,并采用因子分析法探索并驗(yàn)證了 X企業(yè)民航機(jī)務(wù)人員的勝任力模型。(3)運(yùn)用企業(yè)培訓(xùn)課程開發(fā)理論,采用系統(tǒng)化方法,將勝任力模型引入到培訓(xùn)課程的需求分析環(huán)節(jié),同時(shí),針對(duì)X企業(yè)民航機(jī)務(wù)人員培訓(xùn)課程在課程開發(fā)和設(shè)計(jì),以及課程的實(shí)施和評(píng)價(jià)等環(huán)節(jié)存在的問題,提出了當(dāng)前培訓(xùn)課程體系問題的解決方案,并針對(duì)性地提出了方案的保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement and development of China's comprehensive national strength and national economy, the continuous increase of residents' income and the improvement of the living standard, the increasing willingness and ability to travel for the residents, the rapid development of the modern logistics industry in the Internet era, the further expansion of the air passenger and cargo market and the continuous expansion of the scale of air transportation. As an important component part of the civil aviation industry, the civil aviation maintenance industry, which is an important part of the civil aviation industry, needs to further improve the ability and quality of the employees, ensure the quality and safety of the.X aviation maintenance enterprise as a new aviation maintenance enterprise, and continue to develop for the survival and development of the enterprise. The market.X enterprise has set up a training department within it to carry out training work for civil aviation personnel to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise and the quality of civil aviation personnel, but the effect is not satisfactory. Based on this, this paper deeply studies the problems existing in the training course system of the Civil Aviation locomotive personnel in the X enterprise, and applies the competency model to the training course system. In the development of the enterprise training course system, the training of X civil aviation personnel is promoted effectively. The main contents of the thesis are as follows: (1) the research trends of the training course system are systematically combed. On the basis of summarizing the development status of the civil aviation maintenance industry and the common problems existing in the civil aviation personnel staff, the system is divided into systematic points. This paper analyzes the problems and causes of the X enterprise training course system. (2) through the analysis of the current system of civil aviation personnel and the job responsibilities of the machine personnel, and the interview of the behavior events, the competency of civil aviation service personnel is extracted and the competency is extracted. On this basis, the competency of the X civil aviation locomotive personnel is investigated by a questionnaire. By means of factor analysis, the competency model of civil aviation personnel in X enterprise is explored and verified. (3) using the theory of enterprise training course development and adopting the systematic method, the competency model is introduced to the requirement analysis of training course. At the same time, the training course of civil aviation service personnel in X enterprise is developed and designed, and the actual course of the course is applied. The problems existing in the implementation and evaluation are put forward, and the solutions to the problems in the current training curriculum system are put forward.
