【摘要】：有效的現(xiàn)金管理可以幫助企業(yè)降低運(yùn)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提升其資金的整體利用效率。作為一個(gè)擁有大量現(xiàn)金的高速發(fā)展企業(yè),蘋果公司實(shí)施了以現(xiàn)金為核心的財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型,包括"輕資產(chǎn)"投資戰(zhàn)略、"杠桿型"營運(yùn)資本管理和靈活型融資戰(zhàn)略等,為公司建立關(guān)鍵資源、整合價(jià)值鏈資源、保持競爭優(yōu)勢、靈活應(yīng)對風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提供了重要支撐。
[Abstract]:Effective cash management can help enterprises to reduce operational risks and improve the overall efficiency of their funds. As a fast developing enterprise with a large amount of cash, Apple has implemented a financial strategy transformation with cash as its core, including "light assets" investment strategy, "leveraged" working capital management and flexible financing strategy, etc. It provides important support for the company to establish key resources, integrate value chain resources, maintain competitive advantage and deal with risks flexibly.
