服裝生產(chǎn)企業(yè)一線員工技能評價(jià)研究

【摘要】:服裝生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場是勞動密集型區(qū)域。在服裝生產(chǎn)過程中,產(chǎn)品價(jià)值的提升主要依賴于一線員工的絕對工作能力,使得服裝生產(chǎn)企業(yè)對一線員工的技能有較高的依賴性;且近年來國內(nèi)人力成本上漲,服裝生產(chǎn)一線員工流動率增加,都加大了服裝生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場的管理難度。因此對服裝生產(chǎn)企業(yè)一線員工的技能進(jìn)行評價(jià)是服裝生產(chǎn)管理過程中不可缺少的一部分。本文在現(xiàn)有的研究基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合企業(yè)實(shí)際生產(chǎn)情況,將一線員工技能分為技能寬度、技能深度和技能垂度三個(gè)部分。技能寬度代表員工可操作的工序、設(shè)備的種類、數(shù)量;技能深度表示員工技能操作的熟練程度,技能垂度表示員工在實(shí)際操作過程中的技能的穩(wěn)定程度。這三部分的評價(jià)主要基于企業(yè)的歷史生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)。本文基于企業(yè)RFID系統(tǒng)收集的服裝生產(chǎn)企業(yè)縫紉一線員工的歷史生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù),對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行挖掘分析。為了增加員工技能評價(jià)的準(zhǔn)確性、合理性,文中提出了基于大量歷史生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)的批量系數(shù)、面料系數(shù)的確定方法,對企業(yè)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工時(shí)進(jìn)行修正。在研究過程中,首先進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理、篩選、學(xué)習(xí)曲線擬合,在批量系數(shù)和面料系數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,再對員工技能進(jìn)行評價(jià)。將員工分為新員工和老員工兩類,以企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工時(shí)為基準(zhǔn),給出新、老員工的技能深度和技能垂度的評價(jià)方法,二者加權(quán)相加得出員工的單工序技能水平;再對企業(yè)歷史數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整合、匯總,得出員工技能寬度,建立員工技能數(shù)據(jù)庫。之后可根據(jù)企業(yè)最新生產(chǎn)情況實(shí)時(shí)更新員工技能數(shù)據(jù)庫。再結(jié)合一線管理人員的經(jīng)驗(yàn),可使員工技能評價(jià)方法更加合理、準(zhǔn)確。結(jié)合企業(yè)智能化管理系統(tǒng),進(jìn)行相應(yīng)算法的編程,可進(jìn)行員工技能的科學(xué)評價(jià),使企業(yè)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理人員準(zhǔn)確掌握員工的技能水平和工作狀態(tài),更精確地預(yù)測實(shí)際生產(chǎn)狀況,從而更好地進(jìn)行流水線編排、模擬,實(shí)現(xiàn)精益生產(chǎn)。此外,科學(xué)的員工技能評價(jià)也可為企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)、工資調(diào)整、計(jì)劃制定等提供合理的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Garment production site is labor-intensive area. In the process of garment production, the promotion of product value mainly depends on the absolute working ability of front-line employees, which makes garment production enterprises highly dependent on the skills of front-line employees, and in recent years, the domestic human costs have increased. The increase of staff turnover rate in garment production line increases the difficulty of garment production site management. Therefore, it is an indispensable part of garment production management to evaluate the skills of garment production enterprises. On the basis of the existing research, combined with the actual production situation of enterprises, the skills of front-line employees are divided into three parts: skill width, skill depth and skill sag. The skill width represents the working procedure, the type and the quantity of the equipment, and the skill depth indicates the skill level of the employee, and the skill sag indicates the stability of the employee's skill in the actual operation. The evaluation of these three parts is mainly based on the historical production data. Based on the historical production data collected by RFID system, this paper analyzes the data mining. In order to increase the accuracy and reasonableness of employee skill evaluation, this paper puts forward a method of determining the batch coefficient and fabric coefficient based on a large amount of historical production data, and modifies the standard man-hour of the enterprise. In the research process, data processing, screening, learning curve fitting, on the basis of batch coefficient and fabric coefficient, then evaluate the skills of employees. The employees are divided into new and old employees. Based on the standard working hours of the enterprise, the evaluation methods of the skill depth and the skill sag of the new and old employees are given, and the single process skill level of the employees is obtained by the weighted addition of the two methods. Then the enterprise history data integration, summary, the width of staff skills, the establishment of employee skills database. After that, according to the latest production situation of the enterprise, the database of employee skills can be updated in real time. Combined with the experience of front-line managers, the evaluation method of staff skills can be more reasonable and accurate. Combining with the enterprise intelligent management system, the corresponding arithmetic programming can be carried out to carry on the scientific evaluation of the employee's skill, so that the enterprise's production site manager can accurately grasp the skill level and the working state of the staff, and more accurately predict the actual production condition. Thus better assembly line arrangement, simulation, lean production. In addition, scientific evaluation of employee skills can also provide reasonable basis for employee training, wage adjustment, planning and so on.
