【摘要】:開放經(jīng)濟(jì)下企業(yè)往往利用開放式創(chuàng)新范式進(jìn)行技術(shù)創(chuàng)新。從開放式理論視角探討創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)向?qū)?chuàng)新績效的作用機(jī)制,重點(diǎn)探討顧客授權(quán)的調(diào)節(jié)作用。以開放式創(chuàng)新為中介變量,以顧客授權(quán)為調(diào)節(jié)變量,構(gòu)建一個被調(diào)節(jié)的中介作用模型。采用259家制造業(yè)企業(yè)的調(diào)查問卷數(shù)據(jù)檢驗(yàn)研究假設(shè),結(jié)果表明:開放式創(chuàng)新部分中介了創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)向與創(chuàng)新績效間關(guān)系,顧客授權(quán)正向調(diào)節(jié)創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)向與開放式創(chuàng)新間關(guān)系以及開放式創(chuàng)新與創(chuàng)新績效間關(guān)系,顧客授權(quán)與創(chuàng)新績效呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系。最后,提出了管理建議和未來研究方向。
[Abstract]:Under open economy, enterprises often use open innovation paradigm for technological innovation. This paper discusses the mechanism of entrepreneurial orientation on innovation performance from the perspective of open theory, and focuses on the regulatory role of customer authorization. Taking open innovation as intermediary variable and customer authorization as adjusting variable, a regulated intermediary model is constructed. The data of 259 manufacturing enterprises are used to test the hypotheses. The results show that the open innovation partially mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and innovation performance. Customer authorization positively regulates the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and open innovation, and between open innovation and innovation performance. Finally, the management suggestion and the future research direction are put forward.
