深圳G電子公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:電子信息技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,無(wú)論是對(duì)于國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì),還是對(duì)于國(guó)家信息系統(tǒng)安全,都具有戰(zhàn)略性意義。改革開放三十多年來(lái),我國(guó)的電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)有了突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展,發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化。但是,在由計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)向市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)變、由國(guó)內(nèi)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)向國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)轉(zhuǎn)變的這一整個(gè)進(jìn)程里,我國(guó)電子信息技術(shù)企業(yè)一直處于競(jìng)爭(zhēng)非常劇烈的行業(yè)環(huán)境中;并且,時(shí)至今日,這樣的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)正呈現(xiàn)出愈來(lái)愈復(fù)雜的態(tài)勢(shì)。深圳G電子公司是中國(guó)眾多電子類產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)廠家之一,在20多年的發(fā)展歷史里,其業(yè)務(wù)范圍從成立伊始的只涉及電話機(jī)加工制造領(lǐng)域,逐漸擴(kuò)張到網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊設(shè)備終端產(chǎn)品、視聽端多媒體產(chǎn)品、廚房家用電器和汽配產(chǎn)品等方面的研發(fā)和制造銷售。截至2016年,深圳G電子公司已是集采購(gòu)鏈與分銷鏈端金融投資、跨境電商等服務(wù)于一體的垂直化、多元化的集團(tuán)公司,發(fā)展?jié)摿薮。本文共五章。第一章是緒論,主要介紹深圳G電子公司的發(fā)展背景及行業(yè)發(fā)展情況,并概述本文研究的目的、方法和整體思路框架。第二章通過(guò)企業(yè)發(fā)展所處的外部宏觀環(huán)境和行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境來(lái)分析深圳G電子公司發(fā)展的外部環(huán)境。第三章從企業(yè)的內(nèi)部管理結(jié)構(gòu)、經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況、資源環(huán)境和核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力等方面對(duì)深圳G電子公司進(jìn)行內(nèi)部環(huán)境研究。第四章利用SWOT組合分析企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的具體情況,明確企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)劣勢(shì),為企業(yè)制定競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略提供決策依據(jù)。第五章基于前面章節(jié)的分析基礎(chǔ),提出深圳G電子公司具體的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施策略。最后為結(jié)論部分,希望本文的研究可以為企業(yè)科學(xué)地辨清當(dāng)前的形勢(shì)提供多渠道的參考,并能為公司的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展提供必要的決策指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Electronic information technology industry is one of the important pillar industries of the national economy, both for the national economy and for the national information system security, are of strategic significance. Since the reform and opening up more than 30 years ago, the electronic information industry of our country has developed by leaps and bounds, and has undergone earth-shaking changes. However, in the whole process of transition from planned economy to market economy and from domestic competition to international competition, Chinese electronic and information technology enterprises have been in a very competitive industry environment. Such competition is showing a more and more complex situation. Shenzhen G Electronics Company is one of the many manufacturers of electronic products in China. In the development history of more than 20 years, the scope of its business has gradually expanded from the field of telephone processing and manufacturing at the beginning of its establishment to the terminal products of network communication equipment. Audio-visual end multimedia products, kitchen appliances and auto products and other aspects of R & D and manufacturing sales. As of 2016, Shenzhen G Electronics Co., Ltd. is a vertical, diversified conglomerate that integrates purchasing chain and distribution chain financial investment, cross-border ecommerce and other services, with great potential for development. There are five chapters in this paper. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the development background and industry development of Shenzhen G Electronics Company, and summarizes the purpose, method and overall thinking framework of this paper. The second chapter analyzes the external environment of Shenzhen G Electronics Company through the external macro environment and industry competition environment. The third chapter studies the internal environment of Shenzhen G Electronics Company from the aspects of internal management structure, management situation, resource environment and core competitiveness. The fourth chapter analyzes the specific situation of the enterprise development strategy by SWOT combination, defines the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise, and provides the decision basis for the enterprise to formulate the competitive strategy. The fifth chapter, based on the analysis of the previous chapters, puts forward the specific strategy of Shenzhen G Electronics Company. Finally, it is hoped that the research in this paper can provide a multi-channel reference for enterprises to identify the current situation scientifically, and provide the necessary decision-making guidance for the strategic development of the company.
