【摘要】：2010年南非政府制定了清潔能源政策。該政策使得南非清潔能源得到了快速的發(fā)展,我國(guó)企業(yè)也逐步進(jìn)入南非光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行投資,投資方式主要以EPC工程總承包為主。企業(yè)在南非進(jìn)行光伏項(xiàng)目投資時(shí),不可避免會(huì)遭受各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn),如南非的政策變動(dòng)、光伏發(fā)電效益、南非電網(wǎng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施是否完善和自身投資權(quán)益的保護(hù)等。所以分析企業(yè)在投資過程中遇到的各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)具有重要意義。本文分析了我國(guó)對(duì)南非光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目投資過程中面臨的主要障礙和風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并提出避免和分散投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的途徑。
[Abstract]:The South African government established a clean energy policy in 2010. This policy has made clean energy in South Africa develop rapidly. Chinese enterprises have also gradually entered the South African photovoltaic project market for investment, mainly in the form of EPC project contracting. When enterprises invest in photovoltaic projects in South Africa, they will inevitably suffer various risks, such as the policy changes in South Africa, the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation, the perfection of South African grid infrastructure and the protection of their own investment rights and interests. Therefore, it is of great significance to analyze the various risks encountered by enterprises in the process of investment. In this paper, the main obstacles and risks in the investment process of photovoltaic power generation projects in South Africa are analyzed, and the ways to avoid and disperse the investment risks are put forward.
