云南KG集團(tuán)員工培訓(xùn)體系優(yōu)化對策研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)正逐步向形態(tài)更高級、分工更優(yōu)化、結(jié)構(gòu)更合理階段演變。人工智能等技術(shù)日新月異,新材料領(lǐng)域不斷突破,公共設(shè)施建設(shè)領(lǐng)域ppp模式蓬勃發(fā)展,電商、現(xiàn)代物流異軍突起,以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為核心的新一輪科技產(chǎn)業(yè)革命蓄勢待發(fā),信息技術(shù)廣泛應(yīng)用,企業(yè)競爭日趨激勵(lì),企業(yè)之間的競爭更多體現(xiàn)在管理水平、資源整合、創(chuàng)新能力、人才支撐等方面的競爭,但歸根結(jié)底是人才的競爭,培訓(xùn)是人力資源開發(fā)的有效途徑之一,培訓(xùn)著眼于提高人的素質(zhì),企業(yè)要想在激烈的競爭中立于不敗之地,就必須重視培訓(xùn)。KG集團(tuán)是國有大型企業(yè),在變化的市場環(huán)境中,處于轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的重要時(shí)期,越加重視員工培訓(xùn)工作,但就目前的員工培訓(xùn)體系來看,還存在一些亟待解決的問題,要順應(yīng)時(shí)代變遷和企業(yè)發(fā)展,做優(yōu)做強(qiáng)員工培訓(xùn),優(yōu)化培訓(xùn)體系勢在必行。本文以文獻(xiàn)資料研究法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談?wù){(diào)研法首先對培訓(xùn)和培訓(xùn)體系的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行研究梳理,提出自己的見解認(rèn)識,以KG集團(tuán)為對象,對目前的培訓(xùn)體系現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行描述,對存在的問題進(jìn)行分析探討,學(xué)習(xí)借鑒國內(nèi)外和同行業(yè)先進(jìn)企業(yè)的培訓(xùn)體系構(gòu)建,從培訓(xùn)體系當(dāng)中的組織體系、組織實(shí)施體系、課程體系、講師體系4個(gè)子系統(tǒng)對KG集團(tuán)的培訓(xùn)體系提出優(yōu)化措施。本文的優(yōu)化建議是從培訓(xùn)工作要融入企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略出發(fā),要提高管理者對培訓(xùn)工作的認(rèn)識,集團(tuán)在制定培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃前要進(jìn)行深入細(xì)致的調(diào)研分析,確定好培訓(xùn)目標(biāo),重點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)培訓(xùn)的組織實(shí)施,注重新媒介培訓(xùn)的開發(fā)利用,強(qiáng)調(diào)要加強(qiáng)校企深度合作,大力開展現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制,創(chuàng)建學(xué)習(xí)型企業(yè),實(shí)現(xiàn)終身教育,通過這些優(yōu)化建議使培訓(xùn)工作做出特色,顯出效果。通過對本文的研究,希望對同類型的企業(yè)有借鑒參考意義,用以改善企業(yè)培訓(xùn)中存在的問題,以期達(dá)到企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)效益最大化和員工個(gè)人培訓(xùn)需求最大化的共贏局面。
[Abstract]:At present, China's economy is gradually evolving to a more advanced form, more optimized division of labor and more rational structure. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence and other technologies, the breakthrough in the field of new materials, the vigorous development of ppp model in the field of public facilities construction, the emergence of e-commerce and modern logistics, a new round of technological industrial revolution with the Internet as the core is ready for development. The information technology is widely used, the enterprise competition is being encouraged day by day, the competition among the enterprises is reflected more in the management level, the resources conformity, the innovation ability, the talented person support and so on aspect competition, but in the final analysis is the talented person competition. Training is one of the effective ways to develop human resources. Training aims at improving the quality of human beings. If enterprises want to remain invincible in the fierce competition, they must attach importance to training. KG Group is a large state-owned enterprise, which is in the changing market environment. In the important period of transition and development, more and more attention has been paid to employee training. However, there are still some problems to be solved in the current staff training system. We should adapt to the changes of the times and the development of enterprises, and do better and stronger staff training. It is imperative to optimize the training system. In this paper, literature research method, questionnaire survey method, interview research method first of all, the training and training system related theories are combed, put forward their own views, KG Group as the object, the current training system status quo is described. Analyze and discuss the existing problems, learn from the training system construction of advanced enterprises at home and abroad and the same industry, from the training system of the organizational system, organizational implementation system, curriculum system, Lecturer system four subsystems to the KG group training system optimization measures. The optimization suggestion of this paper is that the training work should be integrated into the development strategy of the enterprise, and the managers should have a better understanding of the training work. The group should conduct a thorough and detailed investigation and analysis before making the training plan to determine the training objectives. Focusing on the organization and implementation of design and training, paying attention to the development and utilization of new media training, emphasizing the need to strengthen the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises, vigorously developing the modern apprenticeship system, establishing learning-oriented enterprises, and realizing lifelong education. Through these optimization suggestions to make the training work to make a feature, showing results. Through the study of this paper, it is hoped that this paper can be used as a reference for the same type of enterprises, so as to improve the problems existing in the training of enterprises, in order to achieve the win-win situation of maximizing the efficiency of enterprises and maximizing the individual training needs of employees.
