基于SWOT-QSPM模型的同煤集團(tuán)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:首先運(yùn)用"魚刺圖"對(duì)同煤集團(tuán)存在的問題進(jìn)行分析,分別建立EFE和IFE矩陣,采用定性與定量分析相結(jié)合的SWOT-QSPM模型評(píng)價(jià)同煤集團(tuán)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì),結(jié)果表明:同煤集團(tuán)適合SO戰(zhàn)略。為保證其順利實(shí)施,同煤集團(tuán)應(yīng)該采取的相應(yīng)對(duì)策包括:加速企業(yè)整合,減輕負(fù)擔(dān);以煤為基,走集約化發(fā)展道路;加快循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)園區(qū)建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Firstly, this paper analyzes the problems existing in Tongshan Coal Group by using "fish-prick map", establishes the EFE and IFE matrices, and evaluates the competitive situation of the transformation and development of the same coal group by using the SWOT-QSPM model, which combines qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results show that Tongshan Coal Group is suitable for so strategy. In order to ensure its smooth implementation, the corresponding countermeasures that should be taken by Tongshan Coal Group include: accelerating enterprise integration, lightening the burden, taking coal as the basis, taking the road of intensive development, and speeding up the construction of circular economy park.
