【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和科學(xué)技術(shù)的進步,鉆石的勘探、采選、加工、銷售都發(fā)生了革命性變化,產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈不斷整合,世界鉆石版圖結(jié)構(gòu)日趨復(fù)雜,時空格局發(fā)生了顯著的變化,中國鉆石行業(yè)要健康有序發(fā)展并占據(jù)世界鉆石行業(yè)的一席之地,必須有全局眼光和全球化視野。中國的鉆石行業(yè)雖然起步晚,但是發(fā)展迅速,短時間內(nèi)取得了傲人的成績。在全球經(jīng)濟低迷的大環(huán)境下更是一枝獨秀,現(xiàn)如今,中國已經(jīng)成為世界重要的鉆石切磨與加工中心之一,還是僅次于美國的全球第二大鉆石消費市場。當(dāng)前我國處于經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型期,消費結(jié)構(gòu)的升級,消費觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變,對于鉆石行業(yè)來講是難得的機遇,同時中國鉆石行業(yè)要突破瓶頸,向更高水平發(fā)展也面臨著很多挑戰(zhàn)。本論文立足于區(qū)位理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移理論及產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈理論的基本原理,采用綜合分析法、歸納演繹法,根據(jù)鉆石行業(yè)的基本特點,從上游產(chǎn)業(yè)——原石的開采與供應(yīng)、中游產(chǎn)業(yè)——毛坯鉆的切磨與貿(mào)易、下游產(chǎn)業(yè)——鉆石首飾的銷售三大方面入手;分別對上中下游產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)特征、全球地域分布、時空演變格局進行了分析研究,探究其內(nèi)在規(guī)律及動因,揭示了全球鉆石行業(yè)的時空演變規(guī)律,并對其未來發(fā)展趨勢進行了預(yù)測;同時結(jié)合我國鉆石行業(yè)各環(huán)節(jié)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,提出發(fā)展策略和針對性的建議。中國鉆石行業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)改變從生產(chǎn)端向消費端,從上游向下游的推動模式,立足于自身的比較優(yōu)勢和潛在優(yōu)勢,通過要素支撐、環(huán)境營造和機制培養(yǎng)等,從價值鏈的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)實現(xiàn)突破。從政府層面來講,要加大對鉆石行業(yè)發(fā)展的支持力度,包括稅收、人才、資金政策等為鉆石行業(yè)的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造更大的需求空間。從行業(yè)角度來講,依托國家國內(nèi)市場實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)價值鏈的關(guān)鍵性突破,提升行業(yè)效率、降低行業(yè)成本、防范行業(yè)風(fēng)險、推動行業(yè)創(chuàng)新,打造健康良好的行業(yè)規(guī)范和行業(yè)秩序,營造和諧的行業(yè)氛圍。對于企業(yè)要在技術(shù)、產(chǎn)品、服務(wù)以及商業(yè)模式上不斷創(chuàng)新,才能在激烈的市場競爭中立于不敗之地。
[Abstract]:With the development of the global economy and the progress of science and technology, the exploration, selection, processing and sale of diamonds have undergone revolutionary changes, the industrial chain has been continuously integrated, the structure of the world's diamond territory has become increasingly complex, and the space-time pattern has undergone remarkable changes. If China's diamond industry wants to develop in a healthy and orderly manner and occupy a place in the world's diamond industry, it must have a global vision and a global vision. Although China's diamond industry started late, but the rapid development, in a short period of time has made a proud achievement. Today, China has become one of the most important diamond grinding and processing centers in the world, and the second largest diamond consumption market in the world after the United States. At present, China is in the period of economic structural transformation, the upgrading of consumption structure and the change of consumption concept are rare opportunities for the diamond industry. At the same time, China's diamond industry is faced with many challenges to break through the bottleneck and develop to a higher level. This paper is based on the basic principles of location theory, industrial transfer theory and industrial chain theory, adopts comprehensive analysis method, induces deductive method, according to the basic characteristics of diamond industry, mining and supply of upstream industry-primary stone. In the middle stream industry, the cutting, grinding and trade of rough drill, the sale of diamond jewelry in downstream industry, the industrial characteristics of upstream, middle and lower reaches industry, the global geographical distribution, and the temporal and spatial evolution pattern are analyzed and studied respectively. This paper probes into its internal law and motivation, reveals the temporal and spatial evolution law of the global diamond industry, and forecasts its future development trend. At the same time, combining with the current development situation of the diamond industry in our country, it puts forward the development strategy and targeted suggestions. China's diamond industry should change its driving mode from production to consumption, from upstream to downstream, based on its own comparative and potential advantages, through the support of elements, environmental construction and mechanism cultivation, etc. From the key links of the value chain to achieve a breakthrough. From the government level, it is necessary to increase support for the development of the diamond industry, including taxes, talent, capital policies and so on to create a greater demand space for the development of the diamond industry. From the industry point of view, relying on the national domestic market to achieve a key breakthrough in the industrial value chain, improve industry efficiency, reduce industry costs, guard against industry risks, promote industry innovation, and create healthy and sound industry norms and order. Create a harmonious industry atmosphere. Enterprises must innovate in technology, products, services and business models in order to be invincible in the fierce market competition.
