【摘要】：本文基于"出口中學(xué)習(xí)"視角分析了工資水平影響企業(yè)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新二元邊際的內(nèi)在機(jī)制,并利用1998~2007年中國(guó)工業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。研究表明,工資水平上漲對(duì)出口企業(yè)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新的擴(kuò)展與集約邊際均有顯著的正向影響,工資水平較高的企業(yè)更傾向于進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新并生產(chǎn)更多的創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品。進(jìn)一步考慮投資企業(yè)類型、企業(yè)規(guī)模和企業(yè)所屬行業(yè)后發(fā)現(xiàn),工資水平上漲對(duì)內(nèi)資企業(yè)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新的影響作用顯著大于外資企業(yè);工資水平上漲促進(jìn)了大中型企業(yè)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新二元邊際的提升,而對(duì)小型企業(yè)的影響并不顯著;工資水平上漲提高了勞動(dòng)密集型企業(yè)和資本密集型企業(yè)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新的擴(kuò)展邊際,提高了資本密集型企業(yè)和技術(shù)密集型企業(yè)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新的集約邊際。
[Abstract]:Based on the perspective of "learning from exports", this paper analyzes the internal mechanism of the dualistic margin of enterprise product innovation influenced by wage level, and makes an empirical test by using the data of Chinese industrial enterprises from 1998 to 2007. The research shows that the increase of wage level has a significant positive impact on the expansion and intensive margin of product innovation in export enterprises. Enterprises with higher wages tend to innovate and produce more innovative products. After considering the types of investment enterprises, it is found that the effect of wage level increase on product innovation of domestic enterprises is significantly greater than that of foreign-funded enterprises. The rise in wage level promotes the dualistic marginal value of product innovation in large and medium-sized enterprises, but the impact on small enterprises is not significant, and the rising wage level increases the expansion margin of product innovation in labor-intensive enterprises and capital-intensive enterprises. Improved the intensive margin of product innovation of capital-intensive enterprises and technology-intensive enterprises.
