B公司集中采購方案優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:在當前互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟環(huán)境下,制造業(yè)的發(fā)展面臨前所未有的挑戰(zhàn),公司間的博弈拓展到與其相關(guān)的各個方面,采購作為企業(yè)獲取“資源”的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),成為公司之間獲取競爭優(yōu)勢關(guān)鍵點。采購作為公司管理的重要一環(huán),在制造業(yè)不斷走弱的情況下突破采購短板、恢復采購活力成為當前制造企業(yè)實現(xiàn)困境突圍的重要手段。本文研究的對象為包裝制造企業(yè),公司采購成本在企業(yè)總成本中占據(jù)相當重要的位置,進行采購優(yōu)化是實現(xiàn)公司困境突破的重要一環(huán)。伴隨著公司經(jīng)濟實力以及社會經(jīng)濟環(huán)境的不斷變化,原有公司懫購方案逐步失去活力,已經(jīng)無法滿足當前公司發(fā)展狀況,公司采購方案重新設(shè)計與優(yōu)化迫在眉睫。本文基于對公司采購現(xiàn)狀深入的分析,對公司當前采購方案進行重新優(yōu)化。其中方案優(yōu)化主要內(nèi)容包括優(yōu)化公司采購策略激活公司采購活力,優(yōu)化供應(yīng)商管理穩(wěn)定采購外部資源環(huán)境。同時依托采購信息技術(shù)的建設(shè)、采購人員技能提升、建立規(guī)范的獎懲機制以及強化內(nèi)部安全管理建設(shè)等為采購方案的有效實施提供保障措施,最后對全文進行總結(jié)與展望。通過對B公司采購管理方案設(shè)計與優(yōu)化為公司的困境發(fā)展提供指導意見,同時為同行業(yè)采購管理改進提供借鑒與指導。
[Abstract]:In the current Internet economy environment, the development of manufacturing industry is facing unprecedented challenges. The game between companies extends to all aspects related to it. Procurement is the key link for enterprises to obtain "resources". Become the key point to gain competitive advantage between companies. Procurement, as an important part of company management, has become an important means for manufacturing enterprises to break through the difficulties and break through the difficulties in the current manufacturing enterprises, by breaking through the purchasing board and restoring the purchasing vitality under the condition of the continuous weakening of the manufacturing industry. The research object of this paper is the packaging manufacturing enterprise, the purchasing cost of the company occupies a very important position in the total cost of the enterprise, and the procurement optimization is an important link to achieve the breakthrough of the company's predicament. With the constant changes of the company's economic strength and social economic environment, the original company's purchasing scheme has gradually lost its vitality, which has been unable to meet the current situation of the company's development, so it is urgent to redesign and optimize the company's purchasing plan. Based on the deep analysis of the current purchasing situation of the company, this paper re-optimizes the current purchasing scheme of the company. The main contents of the scheme optimization include optimizing the company's purchasing strategy to activate the company's purchasing vitality and optimizing the supplier management to stabilize the external resource environment of purchasing. At the same time, relying on the construction of purchasing information technology, the promotion of purchasing staff skills, the establishment of a standardized reward and punishment mechanism and the strengthening of internal security management construction to provide security measures for the effective implementation of procurement programs. Finally, this paper summarizes and prospects the full text. Through the design and optimization of the purchasing management scheme of Company B, it provides guidance for the development of the company's predicament, and also provides reference and guidance for the improvement of purchasing management in the same industry.
