【摘要】：資產全壽命周期管理是以企業(yè)的經濟效益為出發(fā)點,通過一系列的經濟技術措施,對設備的規(guī)劃、設計、制造、購置、安裝、調試、運行、維護、改造、更新直至退役報廢的生命周期全過程進行全面管理,并對期間發(fā)生的費用進行控制,使壽命周期費用最小的一種管理理念。資產全壽命管理對于企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展和優(yōu)化內部資源配置具有重要的作用。本課題根據(jù)河北省電力公司的整體管理及設備資產現(xiàn)狀,建設符合實際的資產全壽命周期管理體系,有效解決公司在資產管理面臨的問題和挑戰(zhàn)。同時對500k V電壓等級的電網(wǎng)資產按照全壽命周期管理方式進行管理,開展運維階段費用歸集研究、發(fā)現(xiàn)管理薄弱環(huán)節(jié),提高資產利用效率。
[Abstract]:Asset life cycle management is based on the economic benefits of the enterprise, through a series of economic and technical measures, the planning, design, manufacture, purchase, installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, transformation of the equipment, It is a management idea that the whole process of life cycle to decommissioning is completely managed and the cost incurred during the period is controlled so that the life cycle cost is minimized. Asset life management plays an important role in the sustainable development of enterprises and the optimization of internal resource allocation. According to the whole management of Hebei Electric Power Company and the present situation of equipment assets, this paper constructs a real life cycle management system of assets, and effectively solves the problems and challenges faced by the company in asset management. At the same time, the power network assets of 500kV voltage grade are managed according to the life-cycle management mode, and the operation and maintenance stage expense collection is studied. The weak links of management are found and the utilization efficiency of assets is improved.
