【摘要】：設備管理活動是當代企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營管理活動中的重要組成部分,設備管理效率直接影響企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率和經(jīng)濟效益。本文以科學的設備管理理論為指導,通過對C公司PCS分廠設備管理活動的現(xiàn)狀進行分析,以改善當前C公司設備管理制度進而提高企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益為目標,進行了深入的分析與探索。本文在寫作過程中,對現(xiàn)有的設備管理理論進行了歸納總結,列出了對C公司PCS分廠當前設備管理現(xiàn)狀具有指導意義的科學理論,結合C公司PCS分廠實際情況以及設備管理活動的現(xiàn)狀,通過全方位的分析與研究,總結出了C公司設備管理活動中存在的設備維修費用高、故障率高、故障維修時間長、設備備件庫存量大、周轉率低等若干問題及產(chǎn)生問題的諸多原因。并以此為基礎,理論結合實踐,以先進的設備管理理論結合C公司的實際管理操作模式提出了一系列針對C公司PCS分廠的設備管理模式改進方案。如設備管理體系改進、設備管理部門的管里職能、設備管理部門的組織機構、設備維護保養(yǎng)改進、設備故障管理改進、推行TPM管理模式、人員技能提升、設備備件管理改進。最后經(jīng)過為期一年的嚴格推行和實施,得到了此改進方式確實可以有效改進C公司PCS分廠的設備管理效率,預期三年內可為C公司創(chuàng)造直接的經(jīng)濟效益,并且可以為C公司長遠發(fā)展提供保障。文中細致描述了改進工作的實際內容和實施方法。對于同類型企業(yè)具有借鑒意義。隨著中國本土的汽車企業(yè)不斷崛起,汽車市場競爭日益加劇。作為中外合資企業(yè),C公司在適應中國文化環(huán)境、運營成本控制和企業(yè)精細化管理上面臨著巨大的壓力。C公司PCS分廠由于各種原因在設備管理工作中存在許多問題。在設備管理流程、設備工作效率、維修費控制與國內外優(yōu)秀的同類型企業(yè)相比有較大的差距。通過設備管理水平的提升可以有效提高企業(yè)在同行業(yè)的競爭力。
[Abstract]:Equipment management is an important part of the production and management activities of contemporary enterprises. The efficiency of equipment management directly affects the production efficiency and economic benefits of enterprises. Under the guidance of scientific equipment management theory, this paper analyzes the current situation of equipment management activities in PCS branch plants of C Company, aiming at improving the current equipment management system of C Company and then increasing the economic benefits of enterprises. Deep analysis and exploration were carried out. In the process of writing, this paper summarizes the existing equipment management theory, and lists the scientific theories that have guiding significance to the current equipment management status of PCS branch plant of C Company. Combined with the actual situation of PCS branch plant of C Company and the present situation of equipment management activities, through the omnidirectional analysis and research, the paper concludes that the equipment maintenance cost is high, the failure rate is high and the fault maintenance time is long in the equipment management activity of C Company. Some problems, such as large inventory and low turnover of equipment spare parts, and the causes of these problems. On this basis, combining theory with practice, advanced equipment management theory combined with C company's actual management operation mode, a series of improvement schemes for the equipment management mode of C company PCS branch plant are put forward. Such as equipment management system improvement, equipment management department management functions, equipment management department organization, equipment maintenance improvement, equipment failure management improvement, implementation of TPM management mode, personnel skills, equipment spare parts management improvement. Finally, after a year of strict implementation and implementation, it is found that this improved method can effectively improve the equipment management efficiency of C Company's PCS branch plant, and it is expected to create direct economic benefits for C Company within three years. And can provide guarantee for C company long-term development. The practical content and implementation method of the improvement work are described in detail. For the same type of enterprises have reference significance. With the rising of China's domestic auto companies, the competition in the automobile market is becoming more and more intense. As a Sino-foreign joint venture, company C is facing enormous pressure in adapting to Chinese cultural environment, operating cost control and fine management of enterprises. There are many problems in equipment management for various reasons. In the process of equipment management, equipment working efficiency, maintenance fee control, there is a big gap between domestic and foreign excellent enterprises of the same type. Through the improvement of equipment management level can effectively improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the same industry.
