【摘要】：論文結(jié)合內(nèi)生增長理論、新古典經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)效率理論和數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析的研究方法,以中國省域規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)研發(fā)效率空間分異為研究對象,從時間和空間兩個維度對中國規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)研發(fā)效率進(jìn)行研究,基于地理學(xué)視角對中國規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)研發(fā)效率空間分異進(jìn)行分析,探討其影響因素。在此基礎(chǔ)上,剖析了影響省域規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)研發(fā)效率的因素,并有針對性的提出了規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)研發(fā)效率提升的政策建議。論文共分為七章、五個部分,將主要研究內(nèi)容簡述如下:第一部分是第一、二兩章,是論文的研究背景、相關(guān)理論及相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)綜述。主要介紹了論文的研究背景和意義,提出了研究方法和框架,簡述研究的主要內(nèi)容,綜述了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對研發(fā)效率和研發(fā)效率影響因素的相關(guān)研究。第二部分是第三、四章,在中國規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)研發(fā)現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對研發(fā)效率進(jìn)行了測度。第三章分析總結(jié)了中國規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)研發(fā)現(xiàn)狀及空間分布特征。第四章利用2008年、2009年、2011年和2014年的數(shù)據(jù),對中國規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)研發(fā)效率進(jìn)行測度。第三部是論文的第五章,在第四章測度結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,利用Arc Gis10.0中的趨勢面和冷熱點(diǎn)等進(jìn)行研發(fā)效率的空間演化分析,并進(jìn)行分析。第四部分是文章的第六章,首先對研發(fā)效率影響因素變量進(jìn)行分析和選擇,其次構(gòu)建模型對影響因素進(jìn)行定量分析,探討其影響因素。第七章是第五部分,是對全文的總結(jié)與展望,概述論文的主要結(jié)論和未來研究展望。在對中國規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)研發(fā)效率空間分異及影響因素分析過程中,發(fā)現(xiàn)中國規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)研發(fā)綜合效率、純技術(shù)效率和規(guī)模效率均表現(xiàn)出波動上升的態(tài)勢,并且規(guī)模效率高于綜合效率和純技術(shù)效率;純技術(shù)效率呈現(xiàn)出較強(qiáng)空間依賴性,綜合效率次之,而規(guī)模效率空間依賴性最弱。由西部內(nèi)陸地區(qū)向東部沿海地區(qū)研發(fā)效率逐漸增高和南方省域研發(fā)效率高于北方省域,構(gòu)成了中國規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)研發(fā)效率空間分異的總體特征。研究表明,對外開放水平、國有化程度、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、企業(yè)規(guī)模、市場集中度和研發(fā)投入強(qiáng)度對中國規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)研發(fā)效率空間分異有著顯著影響。
[Abstract]:The thesis combines the endogenous growth theory, the new classical economics efficiency theory and the data envelopment analysis method, taking the spatial differentiation of the R & D efficiency of the industrial enterprises above the scale of China as the research object, and studies the R & D efficiency of the industrial enterprises above the scale of China from two dimensions of time and space. On the basis of the analysis of the spatial differentiation of R & D efficiency in Industrial Enterprises above, the factors affecting the R & D efficiency of Industrial Enterprises above the provincial scale are analyzed, and the policy suggestions for improving the R & D efficiency of Industrial Enterprises above the scale are put forward. The thesis is divided into seven chapters and five parts, which will be mainly studied. The first part is as follows: the first part is the first and 22 chapters. It is the background of the research, the related theory and the literature review. It mainly introduces the background and significance of the research, puts forward the research methods and frameworks, briefly introduces the main contents of the research, and summarizes the related research on the research efficiency and efficiency factors of R & D efficiency by scholars at home and abroad. The second part is the third, fourth chapter, on the basis of the analysis of the R & D status of Industrial Enterprises above the scale of China, the research and development efficiency is measured. The third chapter analyzes and summarizes the research and development status and spatial distribution characteristics of Industrial Enterprises above the scale of China. The fourth chapter makes use of the data of 2008, 2009, 2011 and 2014 for the industry above the scale of China. The third part is the fifth chapter of the paper. On the basis of the results of the fourth chapter, the spatial evolution analysis of R & D efficiency is analyzed and analyzed using the trend surface and cold hot spots in the Arc Gis10.0. The fourth part is the sixth chapter of the article. First, the analysis and selection of the factors influencing the efficiency of R & D efficiency are carried out. Secondly, the seventh chapter is the fifth part, which is the summary and Prospect of the full text, summarizes the main conclusions and future research prospects of the paper. In the process of analyzing the spatial differentiation and influencing factors of R & D efficiency of Industrial Enterprises above the scale of China, we find that the above scale of China is more than the same. The comprehensive efficiency of R & D, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency both show a trend of fluctuation, and the scale efficiency is higher than the comprehensive efficiency and pure technical efficiency. The pure technical efficiency shows a strong spatial dependence, the comprehensive efficiency is the second, and the space dependence of scale efficiency is the weakest. The development of the western inland region to the eastern coastal area. The research shows that the level of opening to the outside world, the level of nationalization, the level of economic development, the scale of the enterprise, the concentration of the market and the intensity of R & D input to the R & D of the industrial enterprises above the scale of China. Efficiency spatial differentiation has a significant impact.
