【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)集群作為一種產(chǎn)業(yè)組織形式,有著其自身強大的集聚功能和競爭優(yōu)勢。產(chǎn)業(yè)集群不僅是國家決策者和經(jīng)濟學(xué)家們研究的熱點,而且已成為各個國家和地區(qū)謀求競爭優(yōu)勢和增強國際競爭力的重要因素。隨著中部崛起、西部大開發(fā)、“一帶一路”、“中國制造2025”等國家戰(zhàn)略的實施以及有關(guān)長江經(jīng)濟帶指導(dǎo)意見的出臺,標(biāo)志著中國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展重點從過去的沿海開放,變?yōu)橄驏|部沿海和中西部開放,這一轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)殚L江經(jīng)濟帶的發(fā)展提供了新的動力。制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的主體,同時也是建設(shè)長江經(jīng)濟帶的重要支撐。研究長江經(jīng)濟帶制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,有利于加快推動長江經(jīng)濟帶制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群轉(zhuǎn)型升級,有利于長江經(jīng)濟帶積極參與國際競爭與合作。本文以長江經(jīng)濟帶11省市的制造業(yè)為研究對象,對該區(qū)域的制造業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的集聚進行分析,明確了在新一輪長江經(jīng)濟帶開放開發(fā)以及“中國制造2025”戰(zhàn)略實施的大背景下,長江經(jīng)濟帶制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的不足,確立制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略,提出長江經(jīng)濟帶制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的策略。本文共分五章,第一章主要敘述研究長江經(jīng)濟帶制造業(yè)集群的背景、意義及思路方法;第二章主要闡述產(chǎn)業(yè)集群研究進展、研究綜述等;第三章主要介紹長江經(jīng)濟帶制造業(yè)發(fā)展的基本情況以及現(xiàn)如今長江經(jīng)濟帶制造業(yè)所面臨的機遇和挑戰(zhàn),并對長江經(jīng)濟帶制造業(yè)進行了結(jié)構(gòu)分析,明確了長江經(jīng)濟帶制造業(yè)未來發(fā)展的重點;第四章詳細介紹了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的測度指標(biāo)(產(chǎn)業(yè)空間集中率、區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)集中度、區(qū)位商),并通過這三個指標(biāo)分析長江經(jīng)濟帶制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,指出了長江經(jīng)濟帶制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的不足;第五章提出長江經(jīng)濟帶制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群未來發(fā)展的對策及建議。
[Abstract]:As a form of industrial organization, industrial cluster has its own powerful agglomeration function and competitive advantage. Industrial cluster is not only a hot topic for national policy makers and economists, but also an important factor for all countries and regions to seek competitive advantage and enhance international competitiveness. With the rise of the central region, the development of the western region, the implementation of national strategies such as "Belt and Road" and "made in China 2025" and the promulgation of the guiding opinions on the Yangtze River Economic Belt, the emphasis of China's regional economic development has been opened from the coastal areas in the past. The transition to the eastern coast and the central and western regions provides a new impetus for the development of the Yangtze River economic belt. Manufacturing industry cluster is the main body of industrial cluster, and it is also an important support for the construction of Yangtze River economic belt. The study of the manufacturing industry cluster in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is conducive to accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry cluster in the Yangtze Economic Belt and to actively participating in the international competition and cooperation of the Yangtze Economic Zone. Taking the manufacturing industry in 11 provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research object, this paper analyzes the present situation of the manufacturing industry development and the agglomeration of the manufacturing industry cluster in this region. Under the background of the new round of open development of the Yangtze River economic belt and the implementation of the "made in China 2025" strategy, the deficiency of the development of the manufacturing industry cluster in the Yangtze Economic Belt is clarified, and the strategy for the development of the manufacturing industry cluster is established. The development strategy of manufacturing industry cluster in Yangtze River economic belt is put forward. This paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter mainly describes the background, significance and thinking methods of the research on the manufacturing cluster in the Yangtze economic belt, the second chapter mainly describes the research progress of industrial cluster, research review, etc. The third chapter mainly introduces the basic situation of the development of the manufacturing industry in the Yangtze economic belt and the opportunities and challenges faced by the manufacturing industry of the economic belt of the Yangtze River nowadays, and analyzes the structure of the manufacturing industry of the economic belt of the Yangtze River. The key points of the future development of the manufacturing industry in the Yangtze economic belt are defined. Chapter four introduces the measurement index of the industrial cluster in detail (industrial spatial concentration rate, regional industrial concentration ratio, regional industrial concentration degree). Location quotient, and through the analysis of these three indicators of the Yangtze economic belt manufacturing industry cluster development situation, pointed out the Yangtze River economic belt manufacturing industry cluster development deficiencies; The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of the manufacturing industry cluster in the Yangtze economic belt.
