【摘要】：改革開放以后,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)快速增長,能源消費(fèi)量大幅提升�；茉词俏覈闹饕茉�,大量使用導(dǎo)致環(huán)境污染日趨嚴(yán)重,影響了經(jīng)濟(jì)增長與日常生活,為此我國采取措施積極調(diào)整能源消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)。調(diào)整能源消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu),改變能源投入,對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)與環(huán)境狀態(tài)產(chǎn)生影響,而這二者又會(huì)反過來影響能源投入。在此背景下,研究能源消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)變化與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長之間的關(guān)系,對(duì)我國進(jìn)行能源結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整具有重要的政策意義與理論意義。基于1978-2015年我國能源消費(fèi)和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)二者現(xiàn)狀和趨勢進(jìn)行描述性分析,把能源消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)定義為化石能源消費(fèi)量與非化石能源消費(fèi)量之比,建立包含勞動(dòng)力、資本、化石能源與非化石能源四種生產(chǎn)要素的柯布道格拉斯生產(chǎn)函數(shù),在此基礎(chǔ)上分析能源消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長之間的關(guān)系,并研究全要素生產(chǎn)率對(duì)能源消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生的影響。研究結(jié)果如下:(1)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長與各生產(chǎn)要素之間存在長期均衡關(guān)系,二者互為彼此的格蘭杰原因;(2)各生產(chǎn)要素都能促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長,當(dāng)能源消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的比例小于10:1時(shí),非化石能源對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)率大于化石能源貢獻(xiàn)率;(3)全要素生產(chǎn)率的增長率每提高1%,能源消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化0.13%。最后,提出政策建議:(1)加快產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整升級(jí);(2)優(yōu)化調(diào)整能源消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu);(3)提升自身研發(fā)能力。
[Abstract]:After reform and opening up, our country economy grows rapidly, energy consumption rises substantially. Fossil energy is the main energy in China. The environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious due to the extensive use of fossil energy, which affects the economic growth and daily life. Therefore, China has taken measures to adjust the energy consumption structure actively. Adjusting the energy consumption structure and changing the energy input will have an impact on the economic system and the state of the environment, which in turn will affect the energy input. Under this background, it is of great policy and theoretical significance to study the relationship between the change of energy consumption structure and economic growth. Based on the relevant data of energy consumption and economic growth in China from 1978 to 2015, this paper makes a descriptive analysis of the current situation and trend of energy consumption, defines the energy consumption structure as the ratio of fossil energy consumption to non-fossil energy consumption, and establishes a system that includes labor force and capital. Based on the Cobb Douglas production function of fossil and non-fossil energy production factors, the relationship between energy consumption structure and economic growth is analyzed, and the influence of total factor productivity on energy consumption structure is studied. The results are as follows: 1) there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between economic growth and various factors of production, and the two are each other's Granger reasons. Each factor of production can promote economic growth. When the proportion of energy consumption structure is less than 10:1, The contribution rate of non-fossil energy to economic growth is greater than that of fossil energy. Finally, the paper puts forward policy recommendations: 1) accelerating industrial structure adjustment and upgrading 2) optimizing and adjusting energy consumption structure and 3) improving R & D capability.
