【摘要】：新常態(tài)下,我國(guó)的高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)形勢(shì)不容樂(lè)觀。特別是傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)受到互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的沖擊越來(lái)越大,一定程度上,我國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)整體的就業(yè)崗位在逐漸減少,這對(duì)高校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)造成更大的壓力。在大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)新的背景下,高校畢業(yè)生應(yīng)該運(yùn)用自己的聰明才智、淵博的知識(shí)以及高超的專業(yè)技能去創(chuàng)造屬于自己的崗位,這樣不僅可以改善目前高校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)狀況,也可以充分的激發(fā)高校畢業(yè)生的工作熱情。同時(shí),我們看到,在強(qiáng)調(diào)工匠精神的今天,中國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)茶、制茶工藝需要新時(shí)代的大學(xué)生群體繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng),大學(xué)生可以運(yùn)用自己的專業(yè)技能,通過(guò)創(chuàng)新的手段豐富目前茶葉企業(yè)的制茶工藝、豐富茶葉的口味、將互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維融入到茶葉企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)中,這樣不僅能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)高效畢業(yè)生的抱負(fù),也可以讓傳統(tǒng)的茶葉企業(yè)如虎添翼,得到更好的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Under the new normal, the employment situation of college graduates in our country is not optimistic. Especially, the traditional manufacturing industry is more and more impacted by the Internet. To some extent, the employment position of the traditional manufacturing industry in our country is gradually decreasing, which causes greater pressure on the employment of college graduates. In the context of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, college graduates should use their intelligence, knowledge and expertise to create their own jobs. This can not only improve the current employment situation of college graduates, but also fully stimulate the work enthusiasm of college graduates. At the same time, we can see that today, with the emphasis on craftsmanship, Chinese traditional tea production and tea making techniques need to be inherited and carried forward by the college students of the new era, and college students can use their professional skills. Through innovative means to enrich the current tea production technology of tea enterprises, enrich the taste of tea, the Internet thinking into the operation of tea enterprises, not only can achieve the aspirations of high-efficiency graduates, Also can let the traditional tea enterprise like tiger add wings, get better development.
