【摘要】：中國(guó)對(duì)歐洲對(duì)外直接投資近年來高速增長(zhǎng),其中,對(duì)葡萄牙、西班牙、希臘和意大利四個(gè)南歐發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的區(qū)域?qū)ν庵苯油顿Y占?xì)W盟比重升至23.5%。能源業(yè)成為中國(guó)對(duì)南歐對(duì)外直接投資的最大受益產(chǎn)業(yè)。中國(guó)企業(yè)對(duì)南歐四國(guó)能源業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資在投資形式、投資區(qū)域、投資領(lǐng)域上都存在較大差異。意大利、葡萄牙兩國(guó)并購?fù)顿Y活躍,希臘、西班牙兩國(guó)能源市場(chǎng)的投資活動(dòng)較為分散�？稍偕茉搭I(lǐng)域中,中國(guó)對(duì)意大利、西班牙兩國(guó)的直接投資多于希臘、葡萄牙兩國(guó),對(duì)太陽能領(lǐng)域的直接投資多于風(fēng)能領(lǐng)域。本文深入研究中國(guó)對(duì)南歐能源業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)及其成因,分析我國(guó)企業(yè)相關(guān)對(duì)外直接投資策略的差異化特點(diǎn)及動(dòng)機(jī),為中國(guó)能源企業(yè)在"一帶一路"框架下進(jìn)一步拓展南歐傳統(tǒng)能源和可再生能源市場(chǎng)提供有益的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:China's foreign direct investment to Europe has been growing at a high rate in recent years, with the share of regional foreign direct investment in the European Union rising to 23.5in four developed southern European countries, Portugal, Spain, Greece and Italy. The energy industry has become the biggest beneficiary of China's foreign direct investment in southern Europe. There are great differences in the investment forms, investment regions and investment fields between Chinese enterprises in the four countries of southern Europe. M & A investment was active in Italy and Portugal, while energy markets in Greece and Spain were more dispersed. In renewable energy, China has more direct investment in Italy and Spain than Greece and Portugal, and more direct investment in solar energy than in wind energy. This paper deeply studies the development trend and causes of China's foreign direct investment (FDI) in southern Europe, and analyzes the differentiation characteristics and motives of Chinese enterprises' related FDI strategies. Some suggestions are provided for Chinese energy enterprises to further expand the market of traditional and renewable energy in southern Europe under the framework of "Belt and Road".
