C保健食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理改進研究

【摘要】:中國經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展,醫(yī)療資源的分配不均,人口大量的老齡化,使得保健食品的關(guān)注度明顯提升,保健食品的市場銷售節(jié)節(jié)攀升,保健食品的行業(yè)競爭日趨激烈,導(dǎo)致保健食品的質(zhì)量問題日益突顯。本文首先通過文獻檢索,了解國內(nèi)外保健食品、食品安全和食品質(zhì)量管理的研究成果,然后對保健食品、保健食品質(zhì)量標準、食品質(zhì)量與安全管理、保健食品常見的質(zhì)量問題和影響因素、全面質(zhì)量管理理論以及保健食品質(zhì)量管理特殊性進行介紹,再通過比較分析,對C保健食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理進行定性和定量分析,得出C保健食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理目前主要存在三大問題:質(zhì)量管理意識欠缺,質(zhì)量管理過程繁瑣,質(zhì)量管理執(zhí)行不力。最后通過對問題產(chǎn)生的原因進行分析,提出了按照生產(chǎn)前、生產(chǎn)中、生產(chǎn)后的思路對質(zhì)量管理體系進行改進,通過硬件方面對生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的添置與調(diào)試,檢驗儀器的更新與檢定,生產(chǎn)工藝的優(yōu)化與改造;軟件方面在企業(yè)文化中植入質(zhì)量文化,績效獎懲中加入質(zhì)量參數(shù),精簡優(yōu)化質(zhì)量體系和制度,從而保障C保健食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理的改進,同時借助政府的監(jiān)管力量,配合政府監(jiān)管開展專項整治,并尋求政府專業(yè)技術(shù)部門支撐。本文研究的主要目的,解決C保健食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理的實際問題,最終能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)促進C保健食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)引入全面質(zhì)量管理理論,改進質(zhì)量管理,從而提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、加強市場競爭、提高盈利水平。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the uneven distribution of medical resources and the aging population, the attention of health food has obviously increased, the market sales of health food have been rising, and the competition in the health food industry is becoming increasingly fierce. The quality problem of health food is becoming more and more serious. In this paper, first of all, the research results of health food, food safety and food quality management at home and abroad are studied through literature retrieval, and then health food, health food quality standards, food quality and safety management are discussed. The common quality problems and influencing factors of health food, the theory of total quality management and the particularity of quality management of health food are introduced. Through comparative analysis, the quality management of C health food production enterprises is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. It is concluded that there are three main problems in quality management of C health food production enterprises at present: lack of consciousness of quality management, cumbersome process of quality management and weak implementation of quality management. Finally, through the analysis of the causes of the problems, it is put forward that the quality management system should be improved according to the train of thought before, during and after production, and the production equipment should be added and debugged through the hardware, and the equipment should be updated and verified. The quality culture is embedded in the enterprise culture, the quality parameters are added to the performance reward and punishment, the quality system and system are simplified and optimized, and the improvement of the quality management of the C health food production enterprise is ensured. At the same time, with the help of the government's regulatory force, to cooperate with the government to carry out special regulation, and seek the support of government professional technical departments. The main purpose of this paper is to solve the practical problems of quality management in C health food production enterprises, and finally to promote C health food production enterprises to introduce total quality management theory, improve quality management, and improve product quality. Strengthen market competition, raise profit level.
