【摘要】：論文將本公司物資管理中存在的問(wèn)題作為研究的切入點(diǎn),結(jié)合目前鐵路電氣化施工物資管理需求,列出目前物資管理面臨的諸多問(wèn)題。一是物資管理信息記錄復(fù)雜,數(shù)據(jù)繁多,手工統(tǒng)計(jì)容易出錯(cuò);二是物資管理各部門缺乏有效的銜接機(jī)制,數(shù)據(jù)信息不能及時(shí)傳遞;三是物資信息查詢統(tǒng)計(jì)工作紛繁復(fù)雜,缺乏必要的工具。綜上所述,論文秉承物資管理與計(jì)算機(jī)軟件系統(tǒng)有機(jī)融合的思想,出于優(yōu)化管理的目標(biāo),設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了適用于鐵路電氣化工程項(xiàng)目物資管理系統(tǒng)軟件,能有效促進(jìn)企業(yè)物資管理向信息化方向發(fā)展。該軟件系統(tǒng)以軟件工程理論為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)詳細(xì)的需求分析,以設(shè)計(jì)的合理性、功能的全面性、系統(tǒng)的安全性、操作的簡(jiǎn)易性、界面的友好性、性能的高效性和運(yùn)行的穩(wěn)定性作為系統(tǒng)的主要研發(fā)目標(biāo)。在調(diào)研了鐵路電氣化施工中物資管理的實(shí)際需求后,對(duì)鐵路電氣化工程物資管理現(xiàn)狀與用戶要求展開了深入剖析,并進(jìn)一步圍繞物資的計(jì)劃、采購(gòu)、領(lǐng)用、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)等相關(guān)環(huán)節(jié)展開了需求分析,設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)主要數(shù)據(jù)流程圖,詳盡地闡述了系統(tǒng)模塊的功能,基于.NET平臺(tái),使用C#語(yǔ)言編程,結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)等技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了C/S架構(gòu)鐵路電氣化工程項(xiàng)目物資管理軟件系統(tǒng)。通過(guò)管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)與測(cè)試,達(dá)到了施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)物資管理獲取數(shù)據(jù)信息的要求。在系統(tǒng)中獲取及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確的數(shù)據(jù)后,以物資采購(gòu)計(jì)劃和庫(kù)存管理為例建立物資采購(gòu)策略模型和庫(kù)存控制管理模型。其中采購(gòu)策略是經(jīng)過(guò)層次分析法結(jié)合計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù),為物資采購(gòu)部門提出了合理的采購(gòu)策略,其次根據(jù)ABC分類法和定期訂貨法,對(duì)不同屬性的物資提出了庫(kù)存數(shù)量控制的方法。在公司后續(xù)物資管理過(guò)程中,應(yīng)用此管理系統(tǒng),不僅能實(shí)現(xiàn)公司物資管理向標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、精細(xì)化、信息化的方向邁進(jìn),還能減輕物資管理人員的工作負(fù)擔(dān),提高工作效率,實(shí)現(xiàn)物資從計(jì)劃、采購(gòu)、庫(kù)存等全面系統(tǒng)的管理,保障施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)物資的及時(shí)有效供應(yīng)。此外,通過(guò)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)的分析,提出合理的物資采購(gòu)策略和物資庫(kù)存的管理方法,使物資的采購(gòu)及庫(kù)存費(fèi)用大幅下降,可為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造更大的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the problems existing in the material management of our company are taken as the starting point of the research, and the problems faced by the material management in the current railway electrification construction are listed according to the current demand for the management of the materials in the railway electrification construction. First, material management information records are complex, data are numerous, manual statistics are prone to error; second, material management departments lack an effective linking mechanism and data information cannot be transmitted in time; third, material information query and statistics work is complicated, The necessary tools are lacking. To sum up, the paper designs and realizes the material management system software for railway electrification project, which is based on the idea of material management and computer software system organic integration, and for the purpose of optimizing management, the paper designs and implements the material management system software which is suitable for railway electrification project project. Can effectively promote the development of enterprise material management to the direction of information. The software system is based on the software engineering theory, and through detailed requirement analysis, the design is reasonable, the function is comprehensive, the system is safe, the operation is simple, and the interface is friendly. Performance efficiency and operational stability are the main research and development objectives of the system. After investigating the actual demand of material management in railway electrification construction, this paper deeply analyzes the current situation of material management and customer requirements of railway electrification project, and further centers on the planning, procurement and utilization of materials. The requirements analysis of warehouse and other related links is carried out, the main data flow chart of the system is designed, and the function of the system module is elaborated in detail, which is based on .NET platform, programming with C # language, combining database and network technology, etc. C / S structure of railway electrification project material management software system is implemented. Through the implementation and test of the management system, the requirements of material management in construction site to obtain data information are achieved. After obtaining timely and accurate data in the system, material purchase strategy model and inventory control management model are established by taking material purchase plan and inventory management as examples. The purchasing strategy is to put forward reasonable purchasing strategy for material purchasing department through AHP combined with calculation data. Secondly, according to ABC classification and regular order method, the method of inventory quantity control for materials with different attributes is put forward. In the course of the company's follow-up material management, the application of this management system can not only realize the standardization, refinement and informatization of the company's material management, but also lighten the work burden of the material management personnel and improve the work efficiency. Complete and systematic management of materials from planning, purchasing and inventory to ensure timely and effective supply of materials on site. In addition, through the analysis of the system data, the reasonable material purchasing strategy and the material inventory management method are put forward, so that the material purchase and inventory cost can be greatly reduced, which can create more economic benefits for the enterprise.
