【摘要】:國網(wǎng)公司在企業(yè)經(jīng)營、運行過程中,產(chǎn)生了大量運營數(shù)據(jù),也積累了海量的業(yè)務信息,隨著公司經(jīng)營活動和信息化的持續(xù)發(fā)展,各類數(shù)據(jù)高速增長。面對數(shù)據(jù)的汪洋大海,如何實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)價值挖掘由“大海撈針”到“有的放矢”的轉(zhuǎn)變?是我們面臨的重大課題。數(shù)據(jù)是電力企業(yè)珍貴的財富,通過“大數(shù)據(jù)”技術(shù),深入研究電力企業(yè)的各個專業(yè),利用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘客戶用電行為、負荷影響因素、電力設(shè)備隱患、物資供應問題等廣泛領(lǐng)域,使其發(fā)揮出巨大的價值;诠据^為完善的信息系統(tǒng),以在線數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)測、分析為手段,深入發(fā)掘數(shù)據(jù)價值,依托各級專業(yè)部門的深度參與和閉環(huán)協(xié)作,對數(shù)據(jù)分析進行實際驗證和應用,通過一系列數(shù)據(jù)分析方向、方法和具體案例從而為公司領(lǐng)導決策提供支撐。本課題通過對客戶用電行為特征的監(jiān)測分析,對公司進一步做好安全生產(chǎn)、電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃、優(yōu)質(zhì)服務等工作具有重要的意義。本課題的數(shù)據(jù)主要來源于電力營銷業(yè)務應用系統(tǒng)、用電信息采集系統(tǒng)、95598系統(tǒng),應用了tableau等大數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件,主要運用了聚類分析、分布分析、趨勢分析、歸因分析、相關(guān)分析等分析方法。
[Abstract]:In the course of enterprise operation and operation, the national network company has produced a large number of operation data and accumulated massive business information. With the continuous development of the company's business activities and information, all kinds of data are growing at a high speed.Facing the vast sea of data, how to realize the change of data value mining from "looking for a needle in a haystack" to "targeting"?It is a major task facing us.Data is the precious wealth of electric power enterprises. Through "big data" technology, we deeply study the various specialties of electric power enterprises, use data to mine customers' electricity consumption behavior, load influence factors, hidden trouble of electric power equipment, material supply problems, and so on.To bring it into full play.Based on the company's relatively perfect information system, with on-line data monitoring and analysis as a means to explore the data value in depth, relying on the deep participation and closed-loop cooperation of professional departments at all levels, the actual verification and application of data analysis are carried out.Through a series of data analysis directions, methods and specific cases to provide support for corporate leadership decisions.Through monitoring and analyzing the characteristics of customer's electricity consumption behavior, this project is of great significance for the company to do a good job in production safety, power network planning, quality service and so on.The data of this subject mainly come from the electric power marketing service application system, the electric power information collection system, the electric power information collection system, the power consumption information collection system and so on big data analysis software, mainly has used the cluster analysis, the distribution analysis, the tendency analysis, the attribution analysis, has used the cluster analysis, the distribution analysis, the tendency analysis, the attribution analysis.Correlation analysis and other analytical methods.
