甲公司機(jī)加車間設(shè)施布局改善研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)今,我國大部分制造企業(yè)面臨著產(chǎn)品技術(shù)更新快、品質(zhì)要求高、交貨周期短、生產(chǎn)成本低的客戶個(gè)性化需求時(shí),如何在生產(chǎn)制造環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行改善研究,適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)需要,仍然還比較薄弱。企業(yè)普遍存在生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理不規(guī)范,生產(chǎn)物流不經(jīng)濟(jì),設(shè)施布局不合理的現(xiàn)象。它不僅造成生產(chǎn)過程中的浪費(fèi)增多,生產(chǎn)效率降低,而且增大了物流成本和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全隱患。因此,通過利用持續(xù)改善的理論和方法,加強(qiáng)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)各要素的合理配置,減少物料搬運(yùn)路線交叉迂回,最終建立一套科學(xué)的設(shè)施布局方案,實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)效益最大化,具有十分重要的意義。本文以甲公司機(jī)加車間設(shè)施布局改善為研究對(duì)象,綜合運(yùn)用5S管理、基礎(chǔ)工業(yè)工程與設(shè)施規(guī)劃等方面的相關(guān)理論,對(duì)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)、工藝流程、設(shè)施布局和物流存在的問題,進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)地分析并提出了相應(yīng)的改善方案,其方案分為定性和定量?jī)蓚(gè)方面。首先,本文介紹了論文選題背景,研究目的和意義,以及研究?jī)?nèi)容與框架。其次,重點(diǎn)對(duì)機(jī)加車間生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)、工藝流程和設(shè)施布局進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)狀分析,找出了各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)存在的實(shí)際問題。然后,在定性方面,以5S管理導(dǎo)入、啟動(dòng)和實(shí)施三個(gè)階段為主,詳細(xì)地介紹了 5S管理在生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)地運(yùn)用,以及實(shí)施5S管理取得的成果;在定量方面,利用5W1H提問技術(shù)對(duì)部分零部件加工工藝流程提出了優(yōu)化改善,以及通過運(yùn)用作業(yè)相關(guān)圖法和系統(tǒng)布置設(shè)計(jì)方法,進(jìn)行了設(shè)施布局改善方案地設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施。最后,利用圖表對(duì)照說明的方式,對(duì)設(shè)施布局改善前與改善后的實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,證實(shí)了改善方案的可行性。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, most manufacturing enterprises in our country are faced with the individualized demand of customers with rapid technical renewal, high quality requirements, short delivery period and low production cost. How to improve the production and manufacturing links to meet the needs of the market?It is still relatively weak.The production site management is not standard, the production logistics is not economical and the facility layout is unreasonable.It not only causes more waste and lower production efficiency in the production process, but also increases the hidden trouble of logistics cost and product quality and safety.Therefore, by making use of the theory and method of continuous improvement, strengthening the rational allocation of all factors in the production site, reducing the intersecting and circuitous material handling routes, and finally establishing a scientific layout scheme for facilities, the maximum benefit of the production system can be realized.It is of great significance.This paper takes the layout improvement of Jia Gong driver and workshop facility as the research object, synthetically applies the relevant theories of 5S management, basic industrial engineering and facility planning, and analyzes the problems existing in the production site, process flow, facility layout and logistics, etc.A detailed analysis is made and a corresponding improvement scheme is put forward, which can be divided into two aspects: qualitative and quantitative.First, this paper introduces the background, purpose and significance of the research, as well as the research content and framework.Secondly, the present situation of the production site, process flow and facility layout of the machining workshop is analyzed, and the practical problems in each link are found out.Then, in the qualitative aspect, the paper introduces in detail the application of 5S management in the field of production, and the achievement of implementing 5S management in the quantitative aspect, mainly in the three stages of introducing, starting and implementing 5S management.In this paper, the optimization and improvement of some parts processing process are put forward by using 5W1H questioning technology, and the improvement scheme of facility layout is designed and implemented by using the method of job correlation diagram and system layout design.Finally, by using the method of chart comparison and illustration, the effect of the improvement is compared and analyzed before and after the improvement, and the feasibility of the improvement scheme is proved.
