【摘要】：基于在G市的12個(gè)月的調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)地方政府為了吸引汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的投資,興建了大型的汽車生產(chǎn)園區(qū)和宿舍園區(qū),造成同質(zhì)性企業(yè)和工人在空間范圍內(nèi)的大量聚集。這種生產(chǎn)和生活空間的安排有利于工人形成跨廠的人際關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò),并進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)了工人間的信息流動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:Based on a 12-month survey in G City, it is found that local governments have built large automobile production parks and dormitory parks in order to attract investment from the automobile industry, resulting in a large concentration of homogeneous enterprises and workers in the space.This arrangement of production and living space facilitates the formation of inter-factory interpersonal networks among workers and further facilitates the flow of information among workers.
