【摘要】：發(fā)動機試驗室是一個非常復雜的系統(tǒng)性工程,專業(yè)性非常強,前期規(guī)劃難度非常大,并且發(fā)動機試驗室項目的資金投入是很大的,前期的決策和規(guī)劃設計對整個項目的影響是很大的。因此,做好前期的決策規(guī)劃、范圍界定,對于此類項目的意義十分重大。本文中CSVW公司的發(fā)動機試驗中心項目為一個新建項目,在項目的前期進行了企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略分析后,我們按照項目范圍管理的理論和工作流程,進行了項目的需求分析識別、項目構思,并應用了層次分析法進行最終的項目選擇;在項目范圍規(guī)劃和定義階段,運用了 SMART原則確定項目目標,以此制定了項目范圍說明書,并使用了 WBS工具對項目工作進行分解;在項目執(zhí)行過程中,我們運用了偏差分析工具,進行項目進度和成本的控制。本文的研究目的就在于通過對新建一個發(fā)動機試驗中心項目過程中的項目范圍管理理論的具體應用,從而發(fā)現(xiàn)可以推廣的一些項目范圍管理的理論和方法以及分析評估手段,更好地應用于此類項目中,由此將更好地為企業(yè)節(jié)省投資,提高項目質(zhì)量,也為以后此類項目的建設提供了參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The engine laboratory is a very complex and systematic project. It is very professional, very difficult to plan in the early stage, and the capital investment of the engine laboratory project is very large.The early-stage decision-making and planning design have great influence on the whole project.Therefore, it is of great significance for such projects to make a good decision-making plan and define the scope.In this paper, the engine test center project of CSVW Company is a new project. After the enterprise strategy analysis is carried out in the early stage of the project, according to the theory and workflow of project scope management, we have carried out the requirement analysis and identification of the project.In the stage of project scope planning and definition, the SMART principle is used to determine the project objective, and the project scope statement is worked out.The WBS tool is used to decompose the project work and the deviation analysis tool is used to control the progress and cost of the project.The purpose of this paper is to find out some theories and methods of project scope management and analysis and evaluation methods which can be popularized through the application of the project scope management theory in the process of building a new engine test center.The better application in this kind of project will save investment and improve the quality of the project. It will also provide a reference for the construction of this kind of project in the future.
