【摘要】：基于2011—2015年我國(guó)醫(yī)藥上市公司年報(bào)數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用STATA 14.0進(jìn)行面板回歸分析,實(shí)證分析資本結(jié)構(gòu)、企業(yè)規(guī)模、股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)、研發(fā)人員投入、研發(fā)知識(shí)產(chǎn)出等因素對(duì)醫(yī)藥上市公司研發(fā)資金投入強(qiáng)度的影響,為提升醫(yī)藥上市公司研發(fā)投入水平提供參考。結(jié)果顯示,企業(yè)規(guī)模、股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)中股權(quán)制衡度、研發(fā)人員投入、研發(fā)知識(shí)產(chǎn)出均與醫(yī)藥上市公司研發(fā)資金投入強(qiáng)度呈顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系,資本結(jié)構(gòu)、股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)中股權(quán)集中度均與醫(yī)藥上市公司研發(fā)資金投入強(qiáng)度無(wú)顯著相關(guān)關(guān)系。通過適當(dāng)?shù)臄U(kuò)大企業(yè)規(guī)模、增加研發(fā)人員投入、完善專利保護(hù)制度,促進(jìn)研發(fā)成果高效率轉(zhuǎn)化、合理分配股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)等手段提高我國(guó)醫(yī)藥上市公司研發(fā)資金投入水平。
[Abstract]:Based on the annual report data of Chinese pharmaceutical listed companies from 2011 to 2015, using STATA 14.0 to carry out panel regression analysis, empirical analysis of capital structure, enterprise size, equity structure, R & D personnel input,The effect of R & D knowledge output on R & D investment intensity of pharmaceutical listed companies provides a reference for improving R D investment level of pharmaceutical listed companies.The results show that the scale of the enterprise, the degree of equity balance in the ownership structure, the input of R & D personnel, the output of R & D knowledge are positively correlated with the intensity of R & D investment of listed pharmaceutical companies, and the capital structure.There is no significant correlation between ownership concentration and R & D investment intensity of pharmaceutical listed companies.Through the appropriate expansion of enterprise size, increase R & D personnel input, improve the patent protection system, promote the efficient transformation of R & D results, reasonable allocation of equity structure and other means to improve the level of R & D investment of listed pharmaceutical companies in China.
