【摘要】：結合長期在科研院所從事軍工管理的工作實踐,重點論述科研院所軍工管理主要關注領域及其采取措施:從滿足國防需求出發(fā)進行經(jīng)營活動以確保更好為國防服務,建立軍工專門的管理機構并形成軍工工作體系,需篩選具有使命意識、綜合能力高的管理人才并進行培訓,建立項目分級分類進行多項目統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調優(yōu)化進而提高管理效能,通過選擇高質量供方并建立戰(zhàn)略合作關系以及實施動態(tài)管理、有效利用故障處理信息等提高軍工質量,從增強認知、戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、體制機制等角度闡述怎樣實施知識管理進而實現(xiàn)更好服務國防。
[Abstract]:Based on the practice of military industry management in scientific research institutes for a long time, this paper focuses on the main areas of concern and measures taken in military industry management in scientific research institutes: to carry out business activities to ensure better service for national defense in order to meet the needs of national defense.In order to establish a special management organization for military industry and form a military industry work system, it is necessary to screen and train management personnel with high mission awareness and comprehensive ability, to establish project classification, to coordinate and optimize multi-projects, and to improve management efficiency.Improve the quality of military industry by selecting high-quality suppliers, establishing strategic cooperative relationship and implementing dynamic management, effectively utilizing fault handling information, etc., in order to improve the quality of military industry, from the aspects of enhancing cognition and strategic planning,How to implement knowledge management and achieve better service for national defense is expounded from the angle of system and mechanism.
