【摘要】：近年來,環(huán)境污染成為國民關(guān)注焦點,全民致力于改善環(huán)境,提高環(huán)境質(zhì)量。園林綠化行業(yè)緊隨時代的需要,作為優(yōu)化環(huán)境的一股清流,園林綠化行業(yè)在眾多行業(yè)中脫穎而出,迅速發(fā)展起來。園林企業(yè)作為項目建設(shè)的承接單位,對項目結(jié)果負(fù)責(zé),而作為對項目的直接負(fù)責(zé)人,項目經(jīng)理對項目的組織、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、管控起重要作用。項目經(jīng)理對項目科學(xué)合理的管控,既保障了整個公司的利潤,對公司聲譽(yù)、信譽(yù)起到很好的宣傳,也關(guān)系到企業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展�？梢�,項目經(jīng)理在園林施工企業(yè)項目管理體系中作為核心管理崗位,其重要性不言而喻。本論文通過對JSY公司項目經(jīng)理這一崗位進(jìn)行研究,綜合分析這一崗位不同領(lǐng)域的項目經(jīng)理勝任力模型,從中找出項目經(jīng)理產(chǎn)生高績效工作應(yīng)具備的勝任力特征。并與JSY公司項目經(jīng)理崗位分析及企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)相結(jié)合,通過行為事件訪談和問卷調(diào)查,對項目經(jīng)理勝任力要素進(jìn)行層層篩選。最后,在已有數(shù)據(jù)資料基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建其勝任力模型,并對該模型進(jìn)行應(yīng)用驗證。本論文首先對研究背景和意義進(jìn)行闡述,通過對文獻(xiàn)及相關(guān)資料進(jìn)行搜集和整理基礎(chǔ)上,加深對勝任力及其模型理論認(rèn)識,在對國內(nèi)外項目經(jīng)理勝任力現(xiàn)狀研究總結(jié),歸納其不同行業(yè)項目經(jīng)理應(yīng)具備的勝任力特征,這也是本文的一個亮點。其次,在論述了構(gòu)建項目經(jīng)理勝任力模型的理論基礎(chǔ)上,以JSY公司項目經(jīng)理為主要研究對象,通過對JSY公司人力資源管理和項目管理中存在的問題研究分析,為構(gòu)建JSY公司項目經(jīng)理勝任力模型給出理論依據(jù)。再次,將此勝任力模型在本公司招聘、培訓(xùn)、績效管理中進(jìn)行應(yīng)用;最后,對本文所研究內(nèi)容給出結(jié)論,指出不足之處,展望未來工作。通過本文的研究,不僅構(gòu)建了JSY公司項目經(jīng)理勝任力模型,提升了公司項目管理的有效性,為園林企業(yè)其他崗位勝任力模型的研究提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, environmental pollution has become the focus of national attention.Landscape greening industry follows the needs of the times. As a clear stream of optimizing environment, landscape greening industry stands out in many industries and develops rapidly.As the undertaking unit of the project construction, garden enterprise is responsible for the project result, and as the direct person in charge of the project, the project manager plays an important role in the organization, leadership and control of the project.The project manager's reasonable control of the project not only guarantees the profits of the whole company, but also promotes the reputation and reputation of the company, and it is also related to the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.Therefore, the importance of project manager as the core management position in the project management system of garden construction enterprises is self-evident.Through the research on the position of project manager in JSY Company, this paper comprehensively analyzes the competency model of project manager in different fields of this position, and finds out the competency characteristic that project manager should have when producing high performance work.Combining with the post analysis of project manager and the strategic goal of enterprise development in JSY Company, the competency factors of project manager are screened layer by layer through behavior event interview and questionnaire survey.Finally, the competency model is constructed on the basis of existing data, and its application is verified.Firstly, this paper expatiates on the background and significance of the research. Based on the collection and collation of the literature and related materials, it deepens the understanding of competency and its model theory, and summarizes the current situation of the competence of project managers at home and abroad.Sum up its different industry project manager should have the competency characteristic, this also is a bright spot of this article.Secondly, on the basis of discussing the theory of constructing the competency model of project manager, taking the project manager of JSY company as the main research object, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the human resource management and project management of JSY company.This paper provides the theoretical basis for constructing the project manager competency model of JSY Company.Thirdly, the competency model is applied to the recruitment, training and performance management of our company. Finally, the conclusion of this paper is given, the shortcomings are pointed out, and the future work is prospected.Through the research of this paper, not only the competency model of project manager in JSY company is constructed, but also the effectiveness of project management is improved, which can be used as a reference for the study of competency model for other positions in garden enterprises.
