基于信息集成的M公司供應鏈管理研究

【摘要】:供應鏈管理是在滿足一定的產(chǎn)品服務質(zhì)量的基礎上,所采取的管控成本的管理方法,它滲透進供應鏈管理系統(tǒng)的每一個環(huán)節(jié),如供應、生產(chǎn)、運輸、配送、零售全過程涉及消費者的業(yè)務流程、信息流、物流、資金流的優(yōu)化和整合,而達到成本最低、甚至是零成本的目的。隨著經(jīng)濟進入新常態(tài),現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的發(fā)展,以及信息時代的發(fā)展,通過信息壟斷等方式實現(xiàn)高利潤的時代已經(jīng)過去,而基于信息共享和通力協(xié)作的供應鏈管理方法成為歷史潮流,這對于夯實企業(yè)的內(nèi)部控制機制,實現(xiàn)供應鏈上下游企業(yè)的聯(lián)盟,最大限度地節(jié)約成本,最大限度地提升運營效率和企業(yè)的核心競爭力,具有重要而深遠的意義。本文以M公司為例,在分析現(xiàn)狀的供應鏈管理和供應鏈管理的信息集成的基礎上,提出了供應鏈管理的改善方案,推動實施供應鏈管理的研究與開發(fā)。首先,文章對供應鏈管理的國內(nèi)、國外研究情況進行梳理,進一步找準研究的方向、重點內(nèi)容,借鑒他們的研究方法。其次,對供應鏈、供應鏈管理以及基于信息集成的供應鏈管理相關理論進行概述,為M公司供應鏈管理分析提供理論基礎。接著,從M公司的供應鏈管理現(xiàn)狀入手,對近年來M公司供應鏈管理的總體情況從行政管理、銷售、生產(chǎn)、技術、資金管理等層面進行分析,并對存在的問題進行剖析。針對存在的問題,基于信息集成的供應鏈管理理論,提出M公司供應鏈管理改善方案和保障措施,以推動M公司供應鏈管理實踐發(fā)展。最后,經(jīng)過分析和討論,進一步明確M公司供應鏈管理的改善性思路和需要重要把握的關鍵性問題,并展望了現(xiàn)代供應鏈管理未來發(fā)展的方向。
[Abstract]:Supply chain management (SCM) is a management method of controlling cost on the basis of satisfying certain quality of products and services. It permeates every link of supply chain management system, such as supply, production, transportation, distribution, etc.The whole process of retailing involves the optimization and integration of the consumer's business process, information flow, logistics and capital flow, and achieves the goal of lowest cost, even zero cost.With the economy entering the new normal, the development of modern enterprises and the development of information age, the era of realizing high profit by means of information monopoly has passed, and the supply chain management method based on information sharing and cooperation has become a historical trend.It is of great significance to consolidate the internal control mechanism of enterprises, realize the alliance of upstream and downstream enterprises in supply chain, save the cost to the maximum extent, and enhance the operation efficiency and the core competitiveness of the enterprises as much as possible.This paper takes M Company as an example, on the basis of analyzing the current situation of supply chain management and information integration of supply chain management, puts forward the improvement scheme of supply chain management, and promotes the research and development of implementing supply chain management.First of all, the article combs the domestic and foreign research situation of supply chain management, further finds out the research direction, the key content, and draws lessons from their research methods.Secondly, the supply chain, supply chain management and supply chain management based on information integration are summarized to provide a theoretical basis for M company supply chain management analysis.Then, starting with the current situation of supply chain management in M Company, this paper analyzes the general situation of supply chain management in M Company from the aspects of administration, sales, production, technology and capital management, and analyzes the existing problems.Aiming at the existing problems, based on the supply chain management theory of information integration, this paper puts forward the improvement scheme and guarantee measures of supply chain management in M Company, in order to promote the development of supply chain management practice in M Company.Finally, through the analysis and discussion, the paper further clarifies the idea of improving the supply chain management of M Company and the key problems that need to be grasped, and looks forward to the future development direction of the modern supply chain management.
