德國(guó)采用電轉(zhuǎn)氣技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)低碳化

【摘要】:德國(guó)成功采用可再生能源電力轉(zhuǎn)換氫、甲烷(電轉(zhuǎn)氣,Pt G)技術(shù),成為世界CO2減排和可再生能源利用最成功的國(guó)家。Pt G技術(shù)是可再生能源電力制氫或合成甲烷的技術(shù),它所采用的都是成熟技術(shù),包括電解水制氫技術(shù)和甲烷化技術(shù),后者是把電解水制得的氫與CO2反應(yīng)生成甲烷的反應(yīng)(Sabatier反應(yīng)),以及電解水和Gt L(氣轉(zhuǎn)液)技術(shù)合成燃料,有F-T合成(生成直鏈烴、烯烴、醇類)和甲醇合成。德國(guó)現(xiàn)有天然氣管網(wǎng)超過(guò)100m/km2,Pt G制的氫或甲烷可注入原有天然氣管網(wǎng),大量的氫或甲烷可儲(chǔ)存到德國(guó)已具備的大規(guī)模天然氣地下儲(chǔ)存設(shè)施。變動(dòng)性可再生能源的電力儲(chǔ)存可采用氫電力儲(chǔ)存系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)由水電解制氫裝置、儲(chǔ)氫裝置和氫燃料電池等組成。目前德國(guó)包括計(jì)劃和在建的Pt G項(xiàng)目有20個(gè)以上,歐洲Pt G總項(xiàng)目30個(gè)以上。建議我國(guó)大力發(fā)展Pt G技術(shù),解決當(dāng)前棄風(fēng)、棄光難題。
[Abstract]:The successful use of renewable energy power conversion of hydrogen, methane (electric gas transfer, Pt technology, CO2 G) to become the world's emission reduction and renewable energy utilization national.Pt G technology is the most successful renewable energy hydrogen production or methane synthesis technology, it adopts the mature technology, including water electrolysis technology and methanation technology and the latter is the hydrogen and CO2 reaction of methane produced by water electrolysis reaction (Sabatier reaction), and Gt L (electrolytic water and gas to liquid) technology synthetic fuels, F-T synthesis (the production of straight chain hydrocarbons, olefins, alcohols) and methanol synthesis. The German existing natural gas pipeline network over 100m/km2, Pt G the hydrogen or methane can be injected into the existing natural gas pipeline network, a large number of hydrogen or methane can be stored in Germany has the large-scale underground natural gas storage facilities. Changes of renewable energy power storage can be used for hydrogen storage in power system, the system is composed of water The electrolysis hydrogen production plant, hydrogen storage unit and hydrogen fuel cell and so on. At present, there are more than 20 German Pt projects including planned and built projects, and more than 30 Pt G projects in Europe.
