【摘要】：天然氣進(jìn)口價(jià)格與國(guó)內(nèi)銷售價(jià)格是影響進(jìn)口天然氣獲利的重要因素。將出口國(guó)偏好引入到天然氣出口國(guó)的目標(biāo)函數(shù)中,假設(shè)進(jìn)口國(guó)的目標(biāo)為謀求合理的國(guó)內(nèi)天然氣定價(jià)且使進(jìn)口利潤(rùn)最大化,由此構(gòu)建天然氣出口國(guó)與進(jìn)口國(guó)的主從博弈模型,并利用微分對(duì)策理論求得均衡情形下的天然氣出口價(jià)格與進(jìn)口國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)銷售價(jià)格,結(jié)果表明:出口國(guó)對(duì)進(jìn)口國(guó)具有較強(qiáng)的正偏好,可使進(jìn)口國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)天然氣價(jià)格降低、天然氣銷售利潤(rùn)和消費(fèi)者剩余增加、價(jià)格趨于均衡的時(shí)間延長(zhǎng);進(jìn)口國(guó)天然氣市場(chǎng)需求對(duì)替代能源價(jià)格的交叉彈性較大時(shí),天然氣價(jià)格將以較快的速度趨于更低的均衡;進(jìn)口國(guó)天然氣價(jià)格相對(duì)于替代能源價(jià)格調(diào)整的速度較快時(shí),天然氣價(jià)格將以較慢的速度趨于更低的均衡,這兩種情形都會(huì)提高進(jìn)口國(guó)消費(fèi)者剩余,但會(huì)使進(jìn)口國(guó)天然氣企業(yè)獲利減少。進(jìn)口國(guó)應(yīng)該與出口國(guó)建立積極穩(wěn)定的正偏好關(guān)系,這將有利其提升進(jìn)口天然氣的利潤(rùn)以及穩(wěn)定國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)。
[Abstract]:Natural gas import price and domestic sale price are the important factors that affect the profit of imported natural gas.The preference of exporting countries is introduced into the objective function of natural gas exporting countries, and assuming that the objective of importing countries is to seek reasonable domestic gas pricing and maximize import profits, a master-slave game model of natural gas exporting and importing countries is constructed.By using the differential game theory, the export price of natural gas and the domestic selling price of the importing country are obtained. The results show that the exporting country has a strong positive preference for the importing country, which can reduce the domestic natural gas price of the importing country.The profit of natural gas sales and consumer surplus increase, and the time of price equalization is prolonged. When the cross elasticity of natural gas market demand to the price of alternative energy is greater, the price of natural gas will tend to lower equilibrium at a faster speed.When the price of natural gas in the importing country adjusts faster than the price of alternative energy, the price of natural gas will tend to a lower equilibrium at a slower rate, both of which will increase the consumer surplus in the importing country.But it would reduce profits for gas companies in importing countries.Importing countries should have a positive and stable positive preference relationship with exporters, which would boost their profits from imported gas and stabilize the domestic market.
