【摘要】：能源是人類賴以生存的重要物質(zhì)資源,對于促進經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、社會進步有重要作用。如何實現(xiàn)能源的可持續(xù)利用,解決能源與環(huán)境保護的矛盾,成為當(dāng)下經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的主要議題之一。太陽能以其可持續(xù)利用、清潔無污染的優(yōu)勢,成為解決能源問題的重要措施之一。光伏發(fā)電作為現(xiàn)階段最引人矚目的太陽能技術(shù),既可以減少傳統(tǒng)能源的消耗,還可以使能源消費結(jié)構(gòu)得到優(yōu)化,已由補充能源向替代能源過渡。分布式光伏發(fā)電作為集中式光伏發(fā)電的一種補充,具有建設(shè)周期短、靈活高效,可以建立在屋頂上、減少對耕地的占用,運維成本低等優(yōu)勢,成為實現(xiàn)低碳可持續(xù)發(fā)展電力發(fā)電目標(biāo)的新選擇。因此,推進分布式發(fā)電的投資建設(shè)有著重要意義。本文選取JX新能源公司為研究對象,在實地調(diào)研并詳細(xì)分析其公司及分布式光伏發(fā)電項目現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,運用全壽命周期成本理論對其代表性L項目成本、效益進行分析,采用凈現(xiàn)值、投資回收期、內(nèi)部收益率對投資效益進行評價,剖析發(fā)現(xiàn)JX公司分布式光伏發(fā)電項目投資管理中存在四個主要問題,分別是:與供應(yīng)商議價能力低,采購成本高;研發(fā)能力弱,相關(guān)專業(yè)人才短缺;項目持續(xù)時間久,投資風(fēng)險大;前期投資金額大,融資問題凸顯。結(jié)合中國分布式光伏發(fā)電項目發(fā)展情況,針對JX公司具體情況,提出本文五個建議:提高與供應(yīng)商議價能力,降低采購成本;提高自主創(chuàng)新能力,儲備專業(yè)人才;加大業(yè)務(wù)宣傳,鼓勵個人投資;規(guī)范融資渠道,合理化構(gòu)建融資結(jié)構(gòu);爭取政策扶持,促進產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。本文旨在通過對JX新能源公司現(xiàn)行分布式光伏發(fā)電項目投資管理情況分析,指出其現(xiàn)存的問題,為其日后投資及未來發(fā)展提出建議,進而促進分布式光伏發(fā)電項目的推廣,為我國光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)做出一點貢獻。
[Abstract]:Energy is an important material resource for human survival and plays an important role in promoting economic development and social progress.How to realize the sustainable use of energy and solve the contradiction between energy and environmental protection has become one of the main topics of economic development.Solar energy has become one of the important measures to solve the energy problem because of its advantages of sustainable utilization, clean and no pollution.Photovoltaic power generation, as the most attractive solar energy technology at present, can not only reduce the consumption of traditional energy, but also optimize the energy consumption structure.As a supplement of centralized photovoltaic power generation, distributed photovoltaic power generation has the advantages of short construction period, flexible and efficient, can be built on the roof, reduce the occupation of cultivated land, and have low operating and maintenance costs.It has become a new choice to realize the low carbon sustainable development electric power generation target.Therefore, it is of great significance to promote the investment and construction of distributed power generation.In this paper, JX New Energy Company is selected as the research object, on the basis of field investigation and detailed analysis of the current situation of its company and distributed photovoltaic power generation project, the cost and benefit of its representative L project are analyzed by using the life-cycle cost theory.Using net present value, investment payback period and internal rate of return to evaluate the investment benefit, it is found that JX company has four main problems in the investment management of distributed photovoltaic power generation project: low bargaining power with suppliers and high purchasing cost;The research and development ability is weak, the related professional talent is short; the project lasts for a long time, the investment risk is big; the early investment amount is large, the financing problem is prominent.Combined with the development of distributed photovoltaic power generation project in China, this paper puts forward five suggestions for JX company: to improve the bargaining power with suppliers, to reduce the purchasing cost, to improve the ability of independent innovation, and to reserve professional talents.Increase business publicity, encourage individual investment; standardize financing channels, rationalize the construction of financing structure; strive for policy support to promote industrial development.Through the analysis of the investment management of JX New Energy Company's distributed photovoltaic power generation project, this paper points out its existing problems, and puts forward some suggestions for its future investment and future development, so as to promote the promotion of distributed photovoltaic power generation project.For our photovoltaic industry to make a little contribution.
