【摘要】：2016年,我國(guó)鋼鐵行業(yè)去產(chǎn)能成績(jī)突出,但仍然面臨來(lái)自國(guó)內(nèi)外的較大壓力。在現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展史上,很多國(guó)家都遇到過(guò)鋼鐵行業(yè)產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩的問(wèn)題。本文重點(diǎn)分析了美國(guó)鋼鐵行業(yè)產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩的原因,總結(jié)了美國(guó)政府在鋼鐵行業(yè)去產(chǎn)能方面采取的措施,結(jié)合剖析當(dāng)前中國(guó)鋼鐵去產(chǎn)能挑戰(zhàn),總結(jié)出四點(diǎn)啟示,以期為更好地推進(jìn)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革、推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:In 2016, China's steel industry achieved outstanding results in capacity, but still face greater pressure from home and abroad.In the history of modern economic development, many countries have encountered the problem of overcapacity in the steel industry.This paper analyzes the causes of overcapacity in the American steel industry, summarizes the measures taken by the US government in the process of capacity reduction in the steel industry, and summarizes four enlightenments from the analysis of the current challenges of China's iron and steel industry.In order to better promote supply-side structural reform, promote economic restructuring and transformation and upgrade to provide reference and reference.
