【摘要】：正自十八大以來(lái),國(guó)家對(duì)兩會(huì)代表和委員的議案提案高度重視,要求做到件件有回應(yīng)、事事有著落,提案議案采納率正逐年提高,很多提案甚至被納入到中央和國(guó)家部委決策之中。每年的兩會(huì)作為各界了解中國(guó)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)走向的重要窗口,就會(huì)釋放出眾多關(guān)乎未來(lái)一年甚至幾年政治經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要信號(hào)。而汽車行業(yè)尤其是商用車行業(yè)作為我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分,在每年兩會(huì)的提案、議案中,都是被提及比較多的熱詞。與往屆兩會(huì)不同的是,此屆兩會(huì)召開(kāi)之際正是GB1589實(shí)施和治超治限
