【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的背景下,中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)得到了快速發(fā)展,企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也越來(lái)越激烈。如何在企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中脫穎而出,進(jìn)而立于不敗之地,管理能力和管理水平就顯得越來(lái)越重要。軍事化管理以其強(qiáng)大的執(zhí)行力,一直以來(lái)牢牢地吸引著管理者的目光。八年來(lái),麥垛山煤礦通過(guò)引入軍事化管理,克服了礦井在發(fā)展建設(shè)中面臨的各類(lèi)困難和挑戰(zhàn),極大地改善了企業(yè)形象,提升了企業(yè)凝聚力,并且形成了良好的安全和生產(chǎn)秩序。企業(yè)的發(fā)展建設(shè)也逐步進(jìn)入了快車(chē)道。但是,軍事化管理的弊端也隨之顯現(xiàn),面臨著再次改革。本文對(duì)麥垛山煤礦的軍事化管理進(jìn)行研究,分析其軍事化管理現(xiàn)狀及特點(diǎn),查找實(shí)施中在人文關(guān)懷、煤礦形象、工作紀(jì)律、安全秩序等方面存在的問(wèn)題,并針對(duì)當(dāng)前存在的問(wèn)題提出了改進(jìn)措施。研究得出的結(jié)論是,麥垛山煤礦要正確處理生產(chǎn)效率與以人為本的關(guān)系,正確處理軍事化管理與民主管理的關(guān)系,正確處理軍事化管理階段性和超越性的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, China's economy has developed rapidly and the competition of enterprises has become more and more intense. The management ability and management level is becoming more and more important. Militarization management, with its strong executive power, has always attracted the attention of the managers.For eight years, the Mai Dun Shan Coal Mine has introduced militarized management. It has overcome all kinds of difficulties and challenges in the development and construction of the mine, greatly improved the image of the enterprise and enhanced the cohesion of the enterprise. And has formed the good safety and the production order. The enterprise development construction also gradually entered the fast lane. However, the militarization management malpractice also appeared, faced with the reform again. This article carries on the research to the Mai Dun Shan coal mine militarization management, This paper analyzes the present situation and characteristics of militarization management, finds out the problems existing in humanistic care, image of coal mine, work discipline, safety order and so on, and puts forward some improvement measures in view of the existing problems. The conclusion of the study is that, The relationship between production efficiency and people-oriented, militarization management and democratic management, and the relationship between stages and transcendence of militarization management should be correctly handled in Mai Dun Shan Coal Mine.
