錫盟800kV換流站工程精益化質(zhì)量管理評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:電能在日常生活中的應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛,生活中各行各業(yè)的發(fā)展也越來(lái)越離不開(kāi)電力能源。因此,電力行業(yè)的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行以及電力能源的不間斷輸送是保障人們正常生活及經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定的重要前提。如今電力行業(yè)作為我國(guó)的基礎(chǔ)性產(chǎn)業(yè)和支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè),其地位頗高。直流交流電轉(zhuǎn)換作為電力輸送中不可或缺的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),其功能實(shí)現(xiàn)的場(chǎng)所—換流站的建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量就顯得尤為重要。但我國(guó)目前還沒(méi)有完善的質(zhì)量管理體系,員工普遍缺少質(zhì)量意識(shí),管理層也不積極開(kāi)展質(zhì)量管理活動(dòng),這些都使我國(guó)電力行業(yè)發(fā)展受到限制。現(xiàn)如今質(zhì)量管理的主要方式是事后檢查和抽檢,但這些管理方式存在偶然性和不可逆性。使用這些管理方法來(lái)控制工程質(zhì)量會(huì)使得一些隱蔽的問(wèn)題難以被發(fā)現(xiàn),最終導(dǎo)致工程存在重大的質(zhì)量隱患。因此本文通過(guò)對(duì)錫盟800kV換流站工程質(zhì)量管理進(jìn)行研究,達(dá)到提升我國(guó)電力工程質(zhì)量管理水平的目的,對(duì)提高電力工程質(zhì)量有十分重要的理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文首先分析了工程精益化質(zhì)量管理研究的背景和意義,其次對(duì)精益化質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行概述,并且介紹了換流站工程的概況及其特點(diǎn)。在分析換流站工程質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,以錫盟800kV換流站工程精益化質(zhì)量管理為研究對(duì)象,構(gòu)建錫盟800kV換流站工程精益化質(zhì)量管理指標(biāo)體系,對(duì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行深入的研究并給出合理的解釋。然后基于模糊層次分析法構(gòu)建錫盟800kV換流站工程精益化質(zhì)量管理評(píng)價(jià)模型,最終對(duì)錫盟800kV換流站工程精益化質(zhì)量管理運(yùn)行效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。得到的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果為“良好”。根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,結(jié)合管理工作的實(shí)際情況,提出錫盟800kV換流站工程精益化質(zhì)量管理過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,以及需要改進(jìn)的質(zhì)量管理實(shí)施方案。通過(guò)本論文的研究,為國(guó)內(nèi)其他電力工程質(zhì)量管理提供參考,提高電力行業(yè)項(xiàng)目工程質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)電力行業(yè)健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The application of electric energy in daily life is more and more extensive, and the development of various industries in life is more and more inseparable from electric energy. The stable operation of electric power industry and the uninterrupted transmission of power energy are the important prerequisites to ensure people's normal life and economic stability. Nowadays, the electric power industry is the basic and pillar industry in our country. Its status is quite high. As an indispensable link in electric power transmission, the construction project quality of converter station, where its function is realized, is particularly important. However, there is no perfect quality management system in our country at present. The general lack of quality awareness on the part of the employees and the lack of active quality management activities by the management have restricted the development of the electric power industry in China. Nowadays, the main way of quality management nowadays is to check and spot check afterwards. But these management methods have contingency and irreversibility. The use of these management methods to control the quality of the project will make it difficult to find hidden problems. Therefore, through the research on the project quality management of 800kV converter station in Ximeng, the purpose of improving the quality management level of electric power project in China is achieved. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to improve the quality of power engineering. Firstly, this paper analyzes the background and significance of the research on Lean quality Management, and then summarizes the relevant theories of Lean quality Management. This paper also introduces the general situation and characteristics of converter station engineering. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of project quality management of converter station, the lean quality management of 800kV converter station project in Ximeng is taken as the research object. The index system of lean quality management in 800kV converter station of Ximeng is constructed, and the index is deeply studied and explained reasonably. Then, the evaluation model of lean quality management of 800kV converter station in Ximeng is constructed based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). Finally, the operation effect of lean quality management of 800kV converter station in Ximeng is evaluated. The result is "good". According to the evaluation results, combined with the actual situation of management, The problems existing in the process of lean quality management of 800kV converter station in Ximeng are put forward, as well as the implementation scheme of quality management that needs to be improved. Through the research of this paper, the paper provides a reference for other power engineering quality management in China. Improve the quality of power industry projects, promote the healthy and stable development of the power industry.
