【摘要】：文章利用非競(jìng)爭(zhēng)型投入產(chǎn)出模型構(gòu)建了單位增加值的就業(yè)效應(yīng)指標(biāo),開展了相應(yīng)的部門分解,結(jié)合WIOD數(shù)據(jù)庫,計(jì)算了1995~2011年中國制造業(yè)細(xì)分行業(yè)的完全增加值系數(shù)和完全就業(yè)系數(shù)。結(jié)果表明:傳統(tǒng)的以產(chǎn)出為基準(zhǔn)計(jì)算的就業(yè)量低估了國內(nèi)真實(shí)邊際產(chǎn)出對(duì)就業(yè)的拉動(dòng)作用,即以單位增加值為基準(zhǔn)計(jì)算的就業(yè)效應(yīng)更大;雖然低端技術(shù)制造業(yè)在融入全球價(jià)值鏈中的就業(yè)創(chuàng)造效應(yīng)最強(qiáng),但不穩(wěn)定,對(duì)外部沖擊十分敏感;低端制造業(yè)向全球價(jià)值鏈高端環(huán)節(jié)攀升過程中,增加值增長(zhǎng)與就業(yè)增長(zhǎng)短期內(nèi)呈現(xiàn)出"此消彼長(zhǎng)"的關(guān)系;將制造業(yè)各行業(yè)的單位增加值的就業(yè)效應(yīng)進(jìn)行部門分解發(fā)現(xiàn),中高端制造業(yè)與服務(wù)業(yè)耦合發(fā)展是未來國內(nèi)就業(yè)增長(zhǎng)的重要方向。
[Abstract]:Based on the non-competitive input-output model, this paper constructs the employment effect index of the unit added value, develops the corresponding division decomposition, and combines with the WIOD database. The full value added coefficient and full employment coefficient of Chinese manufacturing subdivision industry from 1995 to 2011 are calculated. The results show that the traditional employment based on output underestimates the pull effect of real marginal output on employment. That is, the employment effect calculated on the basis of unit added value is greater, although the employment creation effect of low-end technology manufacturing industry is the strongest in integrating into global value chain, it is unstable and sensitive to external shocks. In the process of the low-end manufacturing industry rising to the high end of the global value chain, the increase of added value and the employment growth in the short term present the relationship of "rising from one another" to the other, and the employment effect per unit added value of manufacturing industry is decomposed into different sectors. The coupling development of mid-high-end manufacturing and service industry is an important direction of employment growth in the future.
